Yep, I was slightly off on the repair costs because they were factoring fuel & I was double counting fuel, but otherwise this is a decent estimate (I repair my car myself, so I save a lot on repairs). It still is pretty bleak regardless.

You will be cutting it pretty close, although you can cut down the figure significantly by reducing transport costs (the mileage estimate here is pretty big) or getting roommates to share some of the expenses. You will certainly have to make a few sacrifices to this figure because being able to take save like 6% of your salary is pretty bad, you don't want to be living paycheck to paycheck.

I don't know man. Gymnasts body development is absolutely f-ed even as adults half of them look like middle schoolers. Even if they were of age I would feel like Chris Hansen would be walking in the room any minute if I were with them.

When it comes to Olympians, the volleyball players are absolutely smoking. Volleyball always seems to attract the hottest women for whatever reason.

Ugliest, definitely the shotputters. Half of them look like fourty year old lunch ladies. Not a huge fan of long distance runners either since most of them look like they are trying to do their best Karen Carpenter impression. Although, the long distance runners are still decent unlike the shotputters that are abysmal.

Ah, I am not too much of a fan of it then. It seems pretty disrespectful just to kill an animal and not eat it. If it was dangerous to humans like a bear that killed people before that would be one thing, but just shooting a deer so you can mount it on your wall, no way.

I have zero issues with it as long as you eat the animal. At least the animal gets to live a fulfilling life in its natural habitat. It is factory farming that I am a little more iffy with. It is a necessary evil , I suppose, but it certainly strikes me as animal cruelty and I would rather meat be more ethically produced even if it costs more.

To play would be basketball. It just scales better than any sport player wise. I mean 1v1 soccer is total trash and pretty much any other sport on the list, but 1v1 basketball is pretty fun and if you get more players it gets even better. Heck, it is even pretty fun just shooting free throws and threes by yourself. It makes it much more realistic to get play time in since it is so convenient.

To watch would be football. Granted it has the worst commercial to gameplay ratio of any sport and you pretty much have steel yourself for a deluge of car, insurance & credit union commercials, since it is about 2 hours of commericals to 1 hour of game, but if you can get past that the game feels the most strategic with its large amounts of plays and counter plays, so you can have a great deal of fun playing armchair head coach. Plus the team sizes are so huge that it creates a lot of diversity in how teams operate and makes for a large amount of interesting choices for how to build a team. Plus there are like only 16 regular season games, so it is not a huge deal watching them all and each one feels important where there are hundreds for games like baseball, so each game is less important.

Probably 3-4% in favor of Biden. Trump still has a lot of loyal support and things are very politicized today, so he will keep things close, but cv and the economy will end up making him lose. Probably would give 3/1 odds of Trump winning if I where a book maker. Everything seems to be closing around him at this moment, it would be hard to imagine him winning. The Republicans by the time 2008 rolled through started two wars. Wars we have been fighting till this very day and probably will be well into the future.

They created a national spy apparatus that persists to this very day and normalized torture screwing up the moral high ground we had on human rights for quite some time.

Plus their economic policies lead to the great recession, which took nearly a whole administration to get us out of and still has lingering effects.

Trump has done alright on the foreign policy end and the global recession under his watch was mostly caused by the Chronavirus and there is a belief that things will recover once it is mitigated.

Yeah, that last time a candidate won by a double digit lead in the popular vote was in 2008 in Obama v. McCain. Since Biden is no where even close to being as motivating as Obama was back then & Trump no where even close to being as much of a f-up as the Republicans were in 2008, I doubt it will be that far apart.

Plus things are much more polarized nowadays, I mean Romney only lost by 3% in the popular vote against Obama and Romney was as bitch basic as it gets. I seriously doubt Trump is going to lose by much if he even loses at all. Although, I feel like he is at a disadvantage this time namely because of chrona-chan, but we will see. It should be interesting regardless.

I doubt it. Trump's whole strategy is to downplay the whole virus. If he is getting airlifted to a hospital, that is destroying the narrative he is trying to build and making him look like a bafoon on the pivotal issue of the day, chronavirus.

If he was faking, he would've just stayed in the Whitehouse and came out a week or so later acting like the virus is no worse than a cold and that the Dems are overreacting. He is not faking at this point

I don't really see this being a big problem anyways. Photographing dead bodies as a first responder and sharing them on the internet would get you fired in a hurry, so most first responders don't. I figure this was a case of someone sharing something stupid on Facebook that they didn't expect to go on the internet proper. This can largely be handled by HR. NK alone literally beat the **** out of the US military until adequate reinforcements from Japan were able to turn the tide of the offensive. China did not intervene until much later in the war after Nato had helped the US. Without Japan, the US had no way in hell of pushing back North Korea. Did China help absolutely, but you can't ignore the massive crutch the US needed to even get to the point for China to intervene in the first place.
I don't think wining a few battles against a beleaguered SK army with a few UN troops on the side makes you a powerhouse. When the US got going in earnest NK got beat badly and pushed back to their boarders pretty fast, until China stepped in and balanced things out a bit that is. Not a super inspiring performance.

Again, the US literally needed Japan to logistically operate the war. Without Japan, the US can't even push back back the North Koreans in the first place.

Using Japan as a launching site is a far cry from having the entire Chinese army largely fight the war for you. The North Korean army was losing badly until the Chinese came in. I don't think getting carried entirely makes you a strong army.

Regardless, North Korea right now is weak militarily and would be toppled in a matter of days, much like Saddam's regime was. The only reason it survives is because it holds South Korea hostage by pointing an arsenal of chemical, biological and conventional weapons at it, daring anyone to attack. Since the loss of South Korea is unacceptable, no one attacks. This is a quite different than say Napoleonic France, which was battling most of Europe and doing quite a decent job of it. North Korea really can't battle anyone, they at best can kill a bunch of South Koreans before they go down.
