I don't know. When I played it, I felt like a botter because I just ran my characters everywhere at 2 or 4 x speed and my characters would just wipe out everything, heal and buff themselves, ect. I only manually fought combat against the bosses. It was an interesting system I suppose, final fantasy the idle game.

I really wanted to say Move Along Home, mostly because i am not a huge fan of DS9. But it is one of the few episodes i enjoyed, any of them starring Quark were entertaining.

I went with Shades of Gray. I just watched it recently and remember just wanting to fast forward through most of it.
Move Along Home was really not even that bad. I felt like it was maybe a solid c. It was a decent premise that perhaps could have been executed better, but I thought it was enjoyable in an unironic way. It felt like an early TNG episode and honestly there are far worse episodes in season 1&2 in TNG such as the one where some stupid aliens wanted to execute Westly for entering a flower patch (probably would've been for the best honestly) and that awful first ferengi episode were they do all the weird dancing and look ridiculous, despite suposally beings some ferocious warrior race equivalent to the Klingons (this was before the ferengi were fleshed out). There were so many bad episodes from that time.

Yeah, that was the whole point. It was not like anyone thought gamestop was a good investment. The company is about as irrelevant as a blockbuster, but has about as enjoyable shopping experience as going to a wireless courier. It is completely doomed from a business standpoint.

As far as the shorts are concerned most of them already lost thier money, so I expected most of the support for GME to evaporate, but I guess I didn't count on the fomo with a bit of prodding from cuban to keep it up, although I guess it is declining again, so it probably is truly doomed now.

Very insightful.

If Mike Tyson hit your head while holding a beer can, you definitely die.

BASH BASH BASH
Yeah, but he probably can kill me with fists easier.

Let's say you were entered into a shadow game where you had to fight one of two versions of mike tyson to the death. The first mike just has his fists, while the second mike tyson is dual wielding surgically graphed indestructible cans of iced tea. You are telling me you are more afraid of ice tea tyson because I am not. The cans of iced tea will slow him down and due to the awkwardness of liquid sloshing around and the more dispersed nature will reduce his striking power. furthermore , the cans of iced tea will make him more predictable, since he will be primarily will be doing chopping motions that are easily intercepted by a well placed block. Plus his take down defense has has be drastically reduced.

Aluminum mike pales in comparison to iron mike. Aluminum mike is more of a mini boss. So as you clearly can see the can is not only not very deadly, but makes you much less deadly. Fear the man, not the can.

Maybe if you make into a shank. There is no way anyone conscious is going to die from a can bludgeoning, it is just too awkward and ineffective of a weapon. I don't care if you send iron mike to my house with a can. He aint killing me with that, maybe his fists, but not the can. Name one person killed by a can bludgeoning. It never happened in the history of humans.

Well I mostly blame low interest rates. Because interest rates are so low things like bonds and savings accounts are effectively worthless, so it almost feels like you have no choice to invest in the market if you want any return and hence why you see all these gimicky plays like having over one hundred percent shorts on gamestop. Too much money no where to put it. Although given US debt levels, probably best to have low interest rates, thankfully inflation isn't a issue.

Probably shades of gray. Some of the others have at least its so bad its good quality to them such as Spock's Brain and even Threshold with its absurd techno babble nonsense and bizarre logic but shades of gray is just straight up boring. Just a bunch of out of context clips with no purpose or point interjected with some trekian medical babble once in a while. It's a total waste of time. Seems weird to not see the UK on that list, they have pretty much been the world's greatest empire until WWII and even then it seemed like they dropped down to America's sidekick. Obviously they got passed up by Russia and China in military strength but they still seem to have a huge influence on the world, more than anyone (besides America) culturally
Yeah, culturally UK is definitely a strong 3rd in my book (maybe even second depending how you weight certain things), but they just don't have the global influence they used to, so they feel pretty weak compared to the other powers listed. They really do feel mostly on their own now. Germany is much more influential to me because they have a strong hand in shaping how a lot of the EU operates, so they feel more of player.

USA: Goes without saying. Biggest economy, biggest military, massive tech sector and major cultural contributor. Pretty much checks all the superpower boxes.

China: World industrial base, pretty much everything is made here. Politics frequently influences US corporations like the NBA & Hollywood studios. Growing military and world influence, especially in developing countries.

Japan: 3rd largest economy (although, incredibly inefficient). Massive cultural contributor with video games, anime & other associated media.

Germany: Richest EU country. Along with France, Germany pretty much dictates EU policy.

Russia: A bit overated as a power, since the country is pretty much ice & oil with a pretty weak economy (it is even weaker than Italy). But the country has excellent psyops, so seems more powerful than it really is. Does have global ambitions however.

The whole thing makes no sense. I wouldn't be surprised if the whole thing is some type of astroturfed pump and dump scheme at this point. The amount of money put into the stock is ludicrous. It is far more than the common man driving up the stock.

Eh, you can emulate them anyways if it purely about nostalgia. Unless you are a speed runner or something original hardware is not that big of a deal and if it is you can always just hack the systems, so you can run the games on the original hardware with the benefit of having not to have disc swap. The wii is really easy to hack, so you can play gamecube & wii isos. Then you don't have to deal with disc swapping or the ridiculous price gouging that these systems have now.
