It is half the length of the Bible and was written in 1901 for the explicit purpose of establishing white supremacy and making it difficult to raise taxes, though what it was originally written for has little bearing on anything thereto pertaining these days because of its many amendments. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constitution_of_Alabama It has 928 amendments, the total of which are nine times longer than the main body, and is written so that county-level decisions must be accomplished via an amendment to the state constitution. As such, there are amendments for Bingo in Etowah County, Bingo in Greene County, Bingo in Calhoun County (that last one voted on a few months ago). So it's no surprise that something like this was able to slip through and manage to be legal at a state level. It had some food themes and I lioved the villain but it fell into "mindless entertainment" territory for the most part, and the story was pretty predictable. Plus the CG looked straight out of like 2010. Actually, somewhere around the halfway point they had a great chance to take it in a totally different direction but they opted for the cliche story instead. So naturally the plot twist hadn't been spoiled for me.
