The story looks really cool. Very interesting concept. Every time we see gameplay though it just looks... boring... Its like you are just playing as a regular guy with nothing interesting about him in terms of ability or gameplay.

Of course, this isnt everything so Im still on the lookout for this game but if that gameplay turns out to be the gist of it... You could have just made it a Visual Novel and just make an insane story. At least I wouldnt have to waste time with boring gameplay to progress the story.

Hopefully there is MUCH MORE to the gameplay than what weve seen so far.

Hard mode is slightly more challenging. The difficulty comes from the sheer number of enemy units on later maps. Its still easy but you have to pay attention to what youre doing. The paralogues are probably the hardest part of the game for me.

Thats stupid! Where is the strategy?! Just how you place your troops?!

Weapon triangle is still there but its been dumbed down massively. Strategy comes from knowing when to go on the offensive or stay defensive. You also usually have around 10 units per map compared to the almost 30 enemy units at times so you have to determine who to split up effectively.

Its not a ton of strategy but thankfully, its not mindless.

That feels dumbed down across the board. Thats just annoying. Ill probably still play it but still

Is the weapon triangle AND magic triangle still a thing? I know they were slowly removing this. I think the last game didnt have a magic triangle. I also think the last games triangles didnt really give strong advantages/disadvantages like other games

Former LSU lineman Matt Branch nearly died late last year after a freak hunting accident in which he was shot by a dog, causing him to lose his leg.

Branch, who played for the Tigers from 2008-2011, was on an annual hunt with his family and friends in Mississippi on Dec. 28. Branch and several others started loading their duck hunting gear into the back of a truck, where his shotgun was laying.

According to the Clarion Ledger, a black Labrador Retriever suddenly jumped into the back of the bed and right onto the gun. Somehow, the dogs paw turned off the safety and pulled the trigger, shooting Branch in the left leg.

I kind of looked around at the shock of everyone else, Branch said, via the Ledger. I looked down and saw the gaping hole in the Ranger bed next to me. That's when I knew I was shot.

Branch said he didnt feel much pain, but rather just a loss of feeling in his left leg. About an hour after he was shot, he lost memory.

He technically died twice after arriving at the hospital, too.

"I coded for probably over an hour," Branch said, via the Ledger. "It was two different times. They (medics) worked on me and brought me back.

Branch was unconscious for 12 days at the hospital, during which time doctors preformed nine surgeries on him and amputated his entire left leg.

When I woke up I was extremely weak, Branch said, via the Ledger. I couldn't feed myself. I couldn't sit up. I could barely grab a bottle of water off the table. I'd been asleep 12 days. It's crazy how your body can get so weak when it's not used.

Doctors didnt tell him that he had lost his leg until the next day. He said he remembers having strange, vivid dreams that were tough to understand, and even felt pain in his left leg after it had been amputated.

While waking up to losing a limb would come as a shock to most people, Branch said it wasnt surprising.

For several days they didn't know if I would live or die, so I was happy to be alive rather than mad I lost my leg, Branch said, via the Ledger. I kind of accepted it and tried to figure out what I needed to do to get out of the hospital.

Branch underwent three more surgeries after he awoke, and spent 57 more days in the hospital and a rehab center. Doctors, after determining that it was possible, eventually fit him with a titanium prosthetic leg.

Now, months later, Branch is walking again and back at his old job. Though he knows it wont ever be the same, he is simply trying to stay positive and keep moving forward each day.

There were definitely times, especially in the hospital and some times after, you feel isolated, Branch said, via the Ledger. You ask yourself why you lost a limb.

But at the end of the day, you've still lost a limb. I decided early on to try to be positive. I still have bad days. I'm going to have bad days. I'm just going to try to best I can so I can work through it.

He also said that hes planning to keep hunting.

It is such a big part of his family, he said, and he isnt going to let the accident however severe it was stop him.

I'm going to continue to hunt, Branch said, via the Ledger. I'm not going to blame this on hunting or guns, for that matter.

I probably won't hunt as much as I used to just because I can't do all the things I did before, but I'm going to continue to hunt and carry on the hunting tradition in my family, for sure.

This is only from a solo queue perspective. I dont have much time on the PTR so Im assuming my MMR is between Mid Silver and Mid Plat. Im not placed because I havent had time to just sink in many hours into it yet. Ill know more during the weekend. Also, please add in what youve experienced in queue times on the PTR. Would be great to get other peoples perspective.

Now with that out the way, let me say the queue times are far better than I thought they would be. Its pretty jarring at first because you look at the projected times Blizzard lays out before selecting roles and it looks pretty... long? I saw Tank >5 minutes, Support >10 minutes, and Damage <10 minutes. These times seem to be an over estimate by Blizzard because they dont seem to be nowhere near as long.

On the PTR, which has a very small player base compared to the main game, Ive never had a queue time longer than 3 minutes with my limited time and my current MMR. Of course damage took that long. Ive tested Damage only, Damage/Support and Damage/Support/Tank. Tank. Defiantly seems to be the fastest queue. Whats interesting is that I actually got DPS a few times when I tried Damage/Support and Damage/Support/Tank.

Since this is the PTR, I expect queue times to be even faster and more consistent on the live version of the game. These times are very nice so far and most likely wont be an issue in the live game FOR MOST PEOPLE, but only time will tell

Sometimes I laugh at this idea because the highest populations of black americans are in these southern states, so essentially those people arguing that the South should be its own country of ass backwards morals so that the rest of the country can be free to continue progressing, would essentially be supporting legitimate persecution of blacks. Allowing them to create their own government would be horrible.

Honest question. Ive never lived with a woman while paying bills. My brother and I are roommates and he moved his girlfriend in. No problem since she will help with the bills. The utility bill came in and it increased by $170. Im paying more individually for 3 people compare to 2. That makes little since because the bill is all utilities including internet, water, etc. I couldnt believe it. Apparently, our electricity usage increased by over 75% month over month. When the police arrived , he told them I threatened his life. I simply handed the police the video in hand and they told me I was free to go.

Annnnnd that's the info I was waiting for. I get wanting to stop a stranger from getting into your building. I also would have involved an authority, because that's their job. Probably building security first and then the cops if that wasn't an option. I would have felt personally responsible if I opened the door and someone followed me in (which was the case).

However, as soon as it is apparent there's not an issue (when the filmer's friend showed up) that's the time you say "I'm sorry. I was wrong. I hope you have a good holiday, sir" and let it go. You do not continue to try and get the guy arrested. You do not say he threatened your life, ESPECIALLY when you know he has video evidence to the contrary. And honestly, if the guy peacefully steps back outside when you ask him not to follow you in then you thank him for understanding and let it go. White guy was a dick who had to try and be the hero. I don't care what his personal trauma was, he mishandled the situation and when you play stupid games you win stupid prizes.
