Role queue was necessary and mostly positive feedback. They released an Open Queue competitive along side Role Queue. Go try to have fun in that shit stain of a mode. I don't know how I was able to keep my sanity playing this game without 2-2-2 role lock

There are many reasons. From the Casual standpoint.. Kind of hard to keep a Casual audience when your Events are rehashed of the same thing with new skins.

As for competitive... They have had a lot of bad balancing patches go through even though people pointed out how bad the patch notes were ahead of time. They were also very slow in patching. Also.. some of the heroes they rleased weren't.. Healthy... for the game...

Here is how I look at it. If I can create a character, I typically like to create someone that looks like to me to make me feel more immersed into the world. It's really that simple. If I can't create a character? I don't care at all what they look like. They can be any race or gender as long as I enjoy the game. If you want to create a female character as a male then that's fine too. It's just preference. Who really cares? Lmao
