I just had an ad where a guy is watching his wife give birth. The doctor pulls 4 kids out and put them on the table. The guy freaks out and runs out the room. The woman then is shown pushing a stroller with a kid on her back up a mountain in a blizzard. Then it ends. So fucking weird. I dont even know what the ad was about. It switched to some other ad after that

I enjoy 7 on and 7 off but that 9 days straight is something Im not sure about. Seems like a lot. Last time I worked like that I got sick and that was many years ago.

That is if things go as planned. I can easily see it extended beyond 110 hours if things go south. I normally work 7 on 7 off 12 hour shifts. I committed to work 2 more nights without really thinking it through. Man.. that is A LOT of working in 9 days. I think I screwed myself.

My neighbor just brought my food to me. Surprise surprise. It was the wrong house. They didnt come back to check. I asked them if it was a white car in the driveway. They said yes. Im the only one with a white car.

Random thought but I hope DoorDash doesnt compensate and give that Dasher my $10 tip after I got my refund. They didnt deserve shit and I left a bad review of that matters to them. They should let you block dashers tbh

This. TC there should be a button that mentions a problem with your order. One of the options should be that you didn't get your food. All of the times I've reported a problem, I got a refund with zero issues.

I just checked and I did get my refund. I was so mad at the time I didnt even consider it. Thanks for that. Nothing makes me more angry than getting accused of stealing when I didnt steal anything.

Ordered some food from Doordash. People said it helps the community so whatever. It's pretty convenient too even if it cost more for food. Ordered my food and put in a $10 tip. Dasher said my food was delivered with NO PICTURE. I checked and it wasn't there. I called the Dasher to see what's up and the response I got was either I put in the wrong address or I'm trying to steal my food. The Dasher had no picture and didn't try to come back to check to make sure it was in the right spot. Fuck this shit. I'm just going to get my own food for now on.

Knowing who you can be more casual/intimate with and who you need to stay professional is pretty easy and I've never had a problem

This is much harder for people to do in 2023. Especially the younger generation. Its very easy to get by without having to need those skills. As great as work from home is, its truly great, it is another reason not to learn those skills because its not needed.

I slowed down because I was turning into my driveway and this dog just kept jumping at my door and running in front of my car. I almost hit it several times just trying to get into my driveway. I just got off work after working 12 hours. Ive never seen this before and I dont have time for this shit. I havent even pulled up all the way yet because this dog wont leave me alone.
