What kind of revisionist history is this? People loved Wind Waker and the backlash over the graphics died down once the game released and people saw that in addition to the final game being nowhere near as cartoony as the trailer, it was actually pretty dark. Not to mention it actually gave Ganondorf character depth. (Only for that to be completely taken away two games later.....)

Skyward Sword's story is so fucking stupid, I wish BotW had retconned it out of existence but that treated Ganon really poorly as well
