Perhaps, but imagine burning a bridge that big when you already got more money from one movie than your average American will make in 100 years. I can't wrap my head around that.

She's one of the biggest actresses in the world. She doesn't need Disney to make millions. If anything she'll get better opportunities elsewhere. The difference she could potentially be paid here will probably be more than her pay in the previous Iron Man and Avengers movies lol.

Of course. It's not a coincidence that the biggest Hollywood actors they cast generally are only in the one movie or have smaller roles. They look for up and comers (or someone who everyone thought was past their peak with RDR) when it comes to their main characters.

Is she stupid or something? She already got $20 million from the movie, now fucked up her chances of working with Disney again.

Just, wow. Sometimes you gotta be like, I don't agree with my boss, but I'd like to keep getting paid.

I doubt Disney will give her another opportunity like Black Widow regardless. Disney rely on franchise power more than star power these days and most of these big contracts are from actors who could negotiate for better pay after sticking with the MCU.

They do.

So much so that Streaming Services tend to do contracting with offstream studios as opposed of leaning into the mainline avenues.

I mean long running franchises like Elm Street, Friday the 13th etc. Haven't really seen anyone do much with them.

Although stuff like Evil Dead and Scream have TV shows.

I overall really enjoyed this franchise and would check out any new ones. But I'm fine with it being done.

But still this is pretty unusual for a rather well liked horror franchise that doesn't require returning characters or anything. Although horror franchises in general don't pump out as many movies as they used to. Which is actually pretty interesting because you'd think low budget horror sequels that would make a killing on streaming services.

Nobody even has enough passion to defend people shitting on them.

Which is pretty awful for what is supposed to be a long running saga. I don't think there's any chance it'll last the entire plan. At a certain point they'll transition to new sequels.

Recruitment and loyalty missions are most of the game yeah. In the lore I'm pretty sure it takes some time travelling between planets so yeah it probably is a few months.

I wish the characters interacted with each other more often but I think it's the best party lineup of any Bioware game.

There's the trade-off aspect, though.

Like you find it annoying but their fans enjoy the hell out of it.

Like Stallone still has the turtles from Rocky, they're like 40.

Compare that to actors who fucking hate the roles that got them where they are and flip out when people bring it up.

I think it's more that for most actors it's just a job for them. I'm sure Harrison Ford doesn't care if you say you enjoyed his role as Han Solo. But when people ask him his opinion about Star Wars itself and its lore or whatever he doesn't give a shit. It's just annoying. Fans follow that sort of stuff more than the actors do and I think a lot of fans really struggle with that concept.

Honestly I kind of respect it, the man likes his big dumb dark sci fi action anti hero.

Yeah I find it a bit funny but I have to respect his dedication. Especially since the character started off as a pretty typical 'mysterious badass' in a sci-fi monster movie.

I know the remaster itself was bad but people didn't seem to have a high opinion of the original either. Then again it was a bit of a cult hit.

For me I think it's Halo CE but I didn't play many of the PS2 exclusive ones. Timesplitters: Future Perfect was also okay but I think that more stuck out because of the characters and humor.

Just to confirm I don't really consider Metroid Prime as an FPS. That's really more of its own thing.

Also remember that an increase in people being diagnosed with something doesn't mean they're more common now. Previously they'd just be written off as being weird.

I pick up games rather well. When I go to trade shows or play a beta for a new game I tend to do pretty good. I have no problem making it to the credits for the majority of games.

But I generally don't commit enough to get really good at a game since I like to move on from games rather quickly. I don't really have a competitive quality within myself in general.

They definitely intended Hawke to be a long term thing. Probably wanted him to be like Shepard.

Also the DLC for 2 is definitely worth playing. The DLC for both 2 and Inquisition are better than the base game. Probably because Bioware knew what the issues were with both of those games but were able to be more flexible making the DLC.

Is the benefit of PS5's super fast SSD really worth the cost? First part exclusives to the console will make use of it, but anything that also releases on Xbox or PC won't. How many first party games are you going to be getting?

The difference between it and the Series X is pretty negligible honestly. We're talking about a difference of like a second. I prefer the bigger storage.

Unlike the Series X PS4 BC games don't even get to take advantage of it either.
