There's been a bit of a revival in collectathons and I think a studio can do something with the Banjo franchise. It has a really nice aesthetic that could be brought back. Maybe we'll see some announced later this week. Rare IP's count. I hope we see a new Perfect Dark. Doesn't need to be from Rare. | Darmik 07/19/20 6:29:13 PM #1 | Pizza guy Patton Oswalt being the bomber mastermind was dumb. His master plan being a random backpack he dumped in Veronica's car blowing up hours after he was caught was dumb. Killing off Logan in the final 10 minutes and suddenly skipping over a year so we don't actually have to bother with Veronica being vulnerable or mourning was dumb. Veronica randomly hearing a voicemail that year later that had Logan saying that Veronica can get past anything was dumb. All that to set up another season that didn't happen anyway. It's funny that the original pitch of the show was that Veronica was gonna work her way up to being an FBI agent but these revivals are just focused on sticking her into the old status quo.
