I remember the very last thing to flow through my head when my alarm went off this morning..

A nonspecific football team had it's quarterback and coach arguing about whether to go for it or kick for the tie..

Eventually the kicker came out, and he made the short field goal to tie the game..

The kicker then ran off the field with his arms high, screaming in wookie..

The kicker was Chewbacca.

This is when my alarm went off, but I can tell you Chewbacca made the kick.

The problem is it looks like Garrett specifically aimed and timed his swing to connect perfectly on his head. If he hit with the wrong part of that helmet, Rudolph would be in the hospital right now, and Garrett would the new Todd Bertuzzi.

There are some people acting like Garrett did nothing wrong at all. This is a problem. Now criminal chargers aren't going to happen - But to act like what happened last night was perfectly reasonable, or to put ALL the blame on Rudolph, and effectively defend Garrett in either process, there's something very wrong in that.

Rudolph isn't innocent of anything but this never should've ended in Garrett trying to cave his skull in.

Max Kellerman is 100% defending everything Garrett did and believes he should only be suspended for show and not for anything he did.

Now I'm reminded why I don't watch things like First Take. Oh well, about to go to work anyway.

Considered the change, but.. The Bears offense ranks last or close in almost every offensive category. A not 100% Trubisky returns this week. Even without Kamara I think they can win something like 13-6 or 12-10 again, especially since the Bears offense may give them points.

It goes down to which I think is more likely.. The Bears offense breaking out, or the Bears offense having a crippling pair of turnovers.
