I'm kind of a combination of hourly and salaried. I work in the healthcare system as a Public Health Education Specialist, so our payroll system lobs me, our therapists, and our RNs under a "Pay Per Visit" scale. The way our visits get weighted ends up amounting to a certain set of hours, and they must equal at least 40 hours/week. If our visits/charting/whatever weights amount to anything under 39 hours, PLT/PTO must be used. We also are not eligible for overtime, but they will occasionally give us bonus pay for on-call visits, volunteer services, or other random acts that they deem "above and beyond" position expectations. So... kind of overtime, but not?

Honestly, I wish they'd just classify all of us as salaried like my previous clinic did and call it a day. It took me forever to understand our payroll system.

I work for our town's hospital system (in palliative and hospice care specifically). Regardless of whether our clinics are closed (which has not happened yet), all clinicians, therapists, and social workers will still be expected to treat patients. I mean, someone has to see these sick patients... I anticipate our workloads are only going to continue to climb.

I may be alone here, but I was exceptionally disappointed in the ending to Panzer Dragoon Saga when I played through it for the first time. The game is so beautiful, engaging, and imaginative; you really feel the anguish and difficulty of certain choices Edge has to make throughout the journey. The ending felt confusing and anticlimactic to an extremely dissatisfying level. I wouldn't say it ruined the experience as a whole for me, but I was quite frustrated for a long time. It was years before I was able to play through it a second time, because I hated the ending so much.

I hated Windows 10, but I recognize why some people do enjoy the updated aesthetic (especially compared to Windows 8.1) and certain features. I personally use Windows 8.1 for my gaming PC, but I use Windows 7 for my work laptop. We also have Windows 7 on my husband's gaming PC. He prefers how Windows 10 looks, but neither of us could deal with the lack of user control.

If anything FF6 deserves a remake the most. Just as long as they keep the same battle system this time.

I would LOVE to see them remake or release a remastered version of VI. It feels like the only Final Fantasy title that has not really gotten a second glance, which is a shame. In my opinion it has the best villain, most engaging story, and best combat system. Hopefully we'll see this happen sometime soon!

Honestly, I think IV was the most boring of all the FF titles I've experienced. Granted, I stopped midway into XIII, so I cannot comment much on that game or anything after.

I do enjoy VIII more than the average Joe, but VII tells a remarkable story. While I'm not usually one for hype trains or fandoms, I do believe there is a reason why VII is so beloved. Is it the best Final Fantasy? Not in my opinion; VI holds that title for me, personally. However, VII does many things well, from gameplay mechanics to characterization, to even simpler things like UI and the pacing of its narrative. Whether it appealed to you personally across all fronts or not, it seems a bit extreme to call it the most boring of them all. How many of the FF games have you played?

I know that I tend to visit the site and various forums almost daily, but I don't always vote if the poll isn't really relevant to me. For example, when there were all of those football/Super Bowl questions. I did vote in a few, but I don't care about football (or sports in general), so I didn't actively participate in those polls. I still visited some of my favorite boards, though. Surely there is a better metric for measuring user activity.

Her age is not the reason for her deviance; it's her lack of sound reasoning. Morality isn't in question here, because one could argue that 22 and 16/17 are not that far apart in age. Certainly within other cultures, that difference is negligible. The issue here is that she knew what she was doing was unprofessional, against the rules, and against the law. On those grounds alone, she should have refrained from acting on her feelings.

I began teaching during my graduate school program, and I was also only 22. Same for my husband, who was 23 when he had his first teaching assignment. We both have sound records and are in our early 30s now with no issues. I really do not think someone's age predicts how great of an instructor they will be. Anyone is capable of making bad decisions. I think a solid interview process is really the best you can do to weed out potential candidates like this, and you just go from there.

I'm not personally interested in cosmetic surgery in the slightest, however I think there is a time and a place for it. If a woman, for example, has undergone a double mastectomy and wants to undertake surgery to recapture a sense of her former health and/or appearance, far be it from me to criticize or judge.

Different strokes for different folks, as they say.

I second someone else's sentiment that I found the UK version to be much, much better.

With that being said, there were some funny moments in The Office (US), but I think the show is vastly overrated. I personally feel that Parks & Recreation did a much better job of capturing the spirit that The Office (US) tried to mirror from its UK counterpart.
