Last time I got it was the Swine Flu back when that was going around. That was a fun week.

I had a strain of flu a few years ago that destroyed me. It was the one where you poop everything in you and there's nothing left but your body still manages to keep going until you are pooping water. I also threw up anything I ate for a few days. Lost a lot of weight.

Never again.

24 hour stomach flu. Had that a couple times. Pretty much everything coming at you at the same time. Shitting and vomiting nonstop. And having the chills and a fever at the same time

The thing about suikoden 2 is that the villains are all as awesome as the heroes. You have awesome villains throughout the game. It is the only game I can remember to have so many memorable villains.

Can't believe this topic is still going. O_o

For the record, he already has been through a rehab program. A full year of in-patient rehab, iirc. He got to go out on weekends unsupervised and bragged about how he didn't relapse even once during the program. I believe he also said once he got out of the program he was drunk less than a week later.

The guy has objectively shown not only that he cannot be rehabilitated, but that he intentionally and willfully will not be rehabilitated. He complains that he can't control his addictions and that he's miserable and then the literal next day he brags about how drunk he's getting.

Rehab is literally, objectively, conclusively impossible for him at this point. It won't happen. So there's no point in arguing that he should be sent to rehab. As things stand now, the only option is to abandon hope of him turning his life around, stop caring what happens to him personally, and just do what is required to keep everyone else around him safe. And that is to lock his ass up, throw away the key, and forget he was ever there.

Worst case scenario, he gets out and goes right back to exactly where he is now. At least we'll have had several years of safety in the community in the meantime. Doing anything else is frankly irresponsible on the part of law enforcement, and possibly dangerous.

I know people who have gone to rehab 7 times and the 7th time it finally clicked for them.
