Its not the easiest to make sure you get everything by Day 13 with the different quest timings/multiple day quests etc especially your first time playing. I probably should have mentioned (I had forgotten until now) that defeating the Last Ones makes the bonus dungeon easier. Details follows - Also Aeronite is timed unfortunately. I believe the first one is available immediately and the other two unlock upon completion of the previous one. Unfortunately not to my knowledge, I think you'll have to manually work it out. Day 14 is the secret day but it only unlocks after Day 12 regardless of when you have fulfilled the requirements for it.
