I've seen 6 episodes so far and none of the songs have been anything I would call bad. Some of them haven't been particularly great, but they haven't been bad either. I've been enjoying the show overall, and if I had to rate it based on the first half, I'd give it a 7.5/10, maybe an 8.

The problem is not w/ the singing of the songs(that's a complete other matter), but that they completely changed the meaning of particular songs.

@Calwings That's pretty neat. On a less neat note, I skipped ahead to some of the english dubbed songs in Zombieland Saga. I'm honestly surprised the licensors allowed them, because they are bad. Like, not even from a singer standpoint, they've been completely altered and changed to such a degree that it actually ruins some of them in particular like Saki's in episode 9. One of the lyrics references how saki died and is a pretty major part of her, and her personality and they got rid of it to be more...safe. Was extremely disappointing.

Man, I really wish the more recent Sasuke tournaments could be localized here in the US with subtitles like they used to be. There have been 37 tournaments total, but only the first 27 (the last of which was the one where the 4th ever Total Victory occurred) were localized here before the G4 channel went bankrupt and the original Ninja Warrior wasn't picked up again. American Ninja Warrior is cool and all, but it just isn't the same.

Yeah, I agree with you there. I also enjoyed how the VA for kakashi(dave wittenburg) did the english audio for it too.

One of my friends and coworkers went to jail/rehab for crack about 10-15 years ago, IIRC. They cleaned up good and are a wonderful person now, pretty happy for them.
