Personally, I don't see the need for any age restrictions once a person reaches majority. If you think a candidate is too callow or too senile, vote for a different one.

So let people vote for a 18 high school student then. If thats what the majority wants then all good, right?

Other than a very brief stint with an antidepressant for sleep(which didnt even work) I've been med free. I do have diagnosed anxiety and old but I decided to go against my docs advice and went the natural route with meditation. Not that I have anything against meds. For me personally I just don't like the way they make me feel.

This should be the route to take. When I started have cholesterol, BP and anxiety issues my cardiologist put me on more than 5 pills. It took a toll on my body and mental health. Started doing, exercise, eating mostly plant based and I feel better than I did during my 20's. Pills are effective, but for a lot of people they should be an aid while you make lifestyle changes.

Most vitamins are a scam. Most people shouldnt be deficient in most vitamins and minerals as long as they eat a balanced diet...which many people dont.

Also not going to the dr isnt a flex. Youre 28 so you still have young people powers of invulnerability, but many things like hypertension and diabetes can creep up on you if you dont know your numbers for cholesterol, trygs, glucose..etc.

31, I took lexapro from 28-30 and it fucked me up. Got rid of my anxiety and depression but also made me gain like 45 pounds, sweat uncontrollably no matter what I did, and lose most of my emotions.

Thankfully off that now, still have some anxiety and depression but better than that alternative. I do take a vitamin C and D supplement every day now cause covid fucked my immune system up. Then I have a drawer full of metamucil pills and ibuprofen for when I get random pains and constipation.

Ouch. I took lexapro for 2 years as well, though just a small 5 mg dose. Helped with anxiety, but....I wanted my sex life back. It also feels like it took almost 2 years to get rid of some of the side effects. But got my dick back instantly at least.

As for vitamins I take D and Omega 3 daily along with some "natural" statin pill to maintain cholesterol levels in check. I'm 36.

Honestly, unless they heavily restructure and revamp to take advantage of this, it won't save them. I imagine this, combined with their recent comment about moving away from volume on projects and canceling a bunch of stuff is part of their attempt at this. But considering they still have the NFT guy in charge I don't see this working out. Pessimistic, perhaps. But I've not really been heavily enthused about new Square Enix stuff for a while, despite FF being one of my favorite series growing up.

Im pretty sure by now that they know nfts are dead. I havent seen any updates regarding the one game they were developing around this idea.

People don't care about FF anymore outside of 14. People don't buy FF on Xbox and PC is just gonna take the sales from PS. Remake sold 1 million copies roughly on PC. Rebirth wouldn't have outsold it.

Im aware that xbox sales wouldnt add much, but its still additional revenue. A few hundred thousand copies of regular or premium dlc edition is some decent money. Also Id say people dont care AS MUCH. Probably not resonating with gen z, even though thats the generation that loves their AOT, Jujutsu Kaisen, Demon slayer...etc.

It was always shortsighted compared to developing costs nowadays. Probably means FF16 and remake trilogy going to Xbox and Im glad. I care about the series thriving and gaining fans, not a bargaining chip in console wars.

At this point...it might not be a bad thing to halt trading. Sure its shady, maybe illegal..etc, BUT! Many many people got burned the last time. For every succesful story theres another one where people lost their savings and even loans they took out just to participate. Theyre practically gambling.

This is true, but by now MS has so many studios and dormant IPs that this probably wont hurt long term. I do feel for the employees.
