I mean, it wouldn't need the same things as us (like oxygen, eating, a heartbeat, etc.) I'm not entirely sure one would fully understand what it means to be "alive" unless it had the exact same requirements as us.

| Buddyblade 03/17/24 10:37:16 PM #1 | I use an HP Omen laptop for pc gaming. I have a few large games I keep installed that I play frequently (like Destiny 2.) But how do you guys who actively play several games with massive storage requirements maintain enough storage for all of them? I'm trying to keep enough available storage (I have about 110GB left) for other things, but one game I want to play, for example, has a 90 GB download. Since I'm using like 70% of my 376 GB, I want to know how you handle playing many games (especially large downloads that take a while to download, making "uninstall and reinstall when you're in the mood" pretty slow and inefficient.)

| Buddyblade 02/08/24 2:10:52 PM #1 | Putting all licensing issues, lack of interest for the series, copyrights, or anything else behind, what's a game (one you might want a modern sequel/remake for or not) that just wouldn't get one because the formula for a game or just what people like is so different?
I think Kid Chameleon is a cool retro game, but it was insane even for the 90s. Over 100 levels all interconnected (with the links getting increasingly complex over time, going from linear with bonus stages to a borderline maze), no saving, and so many secrets. Nowadays, even with a save feature people would probably complain about having to use a guide to figure out where to go. What games is this board thinking about? --- I can't think of a cool new signature. DEBG member |
