It's a good but not great game. The moons are barely rewarding compared to past games because they're so common - they feel more like the notes from Banjo-Kazooie than the Jiggies for the most part. The ones that felt more like Jiggies were amazing. The idea was to constantly reward the player - but it's so constant that it stops being rewarding quickly.

The mechanics are amazing and some of the world design is great (Metro Kingdom, Seaside Kingdom, Bowser's Castle), but... it just doesn't have the fulfillment a platformer should.

I too would've never guessed that XIII would be the last remaining Final Fantasy, especially without trading involved. I suppose this is proof enough that trading is unnecessary. This is more "pure" while trade-fests are more "engaging."

P5's gameplay is better.

P4's story, characters, setting, and intangibles are all way, way better than P5. And since I played P3, then P4, then P5... I can go back to any of them. I go back to P4 the most. I didn't even finish a second go of P5 because it just did nothing for me.

Overall, P4 is far and away the superior game, especially if we're talking Golden. And you're right: It's not even close.

By "so good" I mean that Scottie is going to shake things up. Bayleigh, Rockstar, and Faysal would've simply been targeted again had Level 6 won HOH. Scottie... might not be and might actually be a key player in getting Level 6 to turn against itself.

But still, Tyler's not going to ditch Angela for Scottie. And he's staying true to her until at least final 5. It offers him no benefit to ditch her now. And she would be a great opponent for him in the F2 - FOUTTE would be bitter toward her and then anti-vote her and give it to Tyler, ironically doing it backward in true FOUTTE fashion.

I guess I should be thankful that my CBS station actually listened to me like five or six years ago when I went on an email rant to them about how they were preempting a show I wanted to watch for a football game featuring a team nobody cares about (the Vikings) at a time nobody cares about (preseason). The Packers and Bears are on other networks and those are the only two teams with enough of a fanbase in the station's region to preempt stuff for.

Xuxon, is it the local team for which it is being preempted? Or are they doing it for no good reason like my CBS affiliate used to do?

Yep, Persona 5 came back in and went right back out and has become the first member of the jury. How can games be part of a jury? I don't know, they just can! That said, GSC went out, came right back in and hasn't been in danger since.

Also Persona 4 is far superior to 5, just sayin'.

Rule change will be either tomorrow or Sunday. THERE WILL BE NO ROUND THIS SATURDAY. I will be unavailable for the entire day. If others wish, we can pass on the Sunday round as well to allow more of you to enjoy the (American) holiday weekend without worry. I'll run that in a poll tomorrow.
