Yeah, I considered getting that first one and the Lectric 3.0, but didn't due to the concerns about finding somewhere to get it fixed and support since I have almost no experience with bikes, much less ebikes. But Aventon, Ride1up, and Lectric seem to be the most reliable DTC ebikes and I was just super risk averse.

you got an ebike or not yet? its hard to decide from the two I listed. The 3.0 looks worse but everything else seem good, portola looks great and looks great but dont know if local bike shops will work on it plus it dont come fully assembled like the xp does

It's very easy with Turbotax, should take you two hours tops if that's all the paperwork you have. Depending on how fast you type could be as short as 15 mins.
