As for the genre parts, that's entirely subjective. There's nothing to stop you swapping in/out genres based on what you like to play. For example i don't play JRPG's so i'll probably swap that one for Racing again.

The TVTropes challenge (49) was the only one on the list i couldn't see the point of. I'd probably change it to "Beat a game mentioned in a video game section on TVTropes" rather than through picking a random page.

Some other ideas:
Beat a game featuring the voice of an actor/actress who is best known for movie roles.
Beat a game that features talking (earth) animals.
Beat a game in the Top 10 for a particular system on GameFAQs.
Beat a game that has less than 5 topics on its GameFAQs page board.
Beat a game someone else in this topic has beaten.

There should probably be a few more GameFAQs-based challenges.

It would fit more appropriately under the remake/enhanced port heading but the next action game i'm intending to play can be made to qualify for that and doesn't fit into any of the others i've got left. I like all the Bugbear Flatout games, so i can happily say i'm a fan of the developer; even if i can't name anything else they may have done!

Knightmare Tower

Yes, it's a bit of a stretch. But there are monsters and you fight them in an unorthadox fashion. Considering i totally suck at traditional fighting games, this is probably a good tactical choice if i'm serious about getting halfway through the list.

If you're going to allow all citizens the right to carry guns then you have to deal with the fact that people are going to shoot each other when they feel disgraced or cornered. In the rest of the world we use our fists and everyone (usually) lives after the altercation. #SuperiorEvolution

I have a $1000 phone and i use it mainly for calling and texting.

But if i need to check if there are any game stores in the next town or what time trains are it's nice to be able to do that wherever i happen to be. Plus: Siege Hero!

They've since fixed these changes to an extent, but i'm not going back; they're idiots and there's no guarantee they won't do it again. I have to wonder how these people see this playing out. Like, assuming they all actually managed to get in there and not get shot in the process, do they expect to just throw open a hangar door and find a flying saucer?

I am sure the high security stuff are under some high tech locks anyways. Plus the guards there are on the order to shoot trespassers. So even if some see something, lots are going to die.

Right, that was kind of my point. This is literally one of the most secure places in the world, are they expecting super secret alien technology to be just sitting out in the open? I imagine them all running in, getting to the first locked door and being like "Wow, we really didn't think this plan through very well."

One will be shot and injured and the rest will wimp-out and retreat faster than someone can say "anal probe".

Cheers has dated horribly. The problem being most of its jokes have been stolen and improved upon in other sitcoms. Frasier can still provide the odd chuckle as the theme is very much "Rich educated person is just as daft as the rest of us when out of their comfort zone".

If you're intent on living healthily then you can skip rice. It lowers your hunger level, then your body gets rid of it. That's all it does, there's nothing particularly useful in it.
It's the same story with flavoured/sweet cereal; you could live on it but it's not healthy for mind or body.

Try "why do guys pretend to be women on the internet?" or "boys pretend to be girls in games".

There are a couple of men pretending to be women on Gamefaqs. It doesn't bother me in the slightest as i treat everyone the same way irrespective of quality of writing, game experience or the gender they want to be. But you're fooling yourself if you think it doesn't go on, especially on game sites.

A "high percentage" can mean anything between 10% and 90%, it's a deliberately vague statement based on my own experience. "Most" would be wrong, "some" would be an alternative, but "a percentage higher than 9" was used to convey the point though at the time i chose different words.
I'm as enthusiastic about reaching a more precise number as you are looking for evidence of the practice on your own. If you want to have an argument about semantics steering the conversation away from the actual topic then you're going about it in completely the right way.

With the amount of time it took you to type your response you could easily have investigated further and educated yourself rather than waiting on someone else to spoon-feed you. See above. I know it goes on, you reckon it doesn't: Therefore I'm not the one who should be looking it up.
If I believed the world was flat and you came along and claimed it to be a sphere then it would be up to me to delve deeper if i was willing to accept your claim. Or i could just say "That's nonsense" and continue to believe what makes me happy. But then if i genuinely thought it was crap then i wouldn't entertain the idea by responding to it and seeking further information... evidentally that's just me because here we are.
