yea charon and scarlet I feel like you guys misinterpreted the article, the guy wasn't saying "Screw NetherRealm they made me do all of this for fatalities and I tried to stop and they wouldn't let me!" Like literally in the article

The developer doesnt allege any particular wrong doing by NetherRealm as a company, although they imply that upper management often dont realise the lengths they have to go to in order to create the fatalities.

Hogwash, honestly. The fatalities in this game are so over-the-top and outlandish I don't believe any real research went into it. In the past Mortal Kombat fatalities have also caused 5 ribcages and 3 skulls to rain down from the sky, so yeah. Whiner culture. Ed Boon even stated they specifically made the fatalities in this game outlandish and over the top so people wouldn't be attempted to think they could even perform them.

Alright yea HAW is completely a disappointment but I think Twilight Town is fine. At least they compensated it with actual npc characters around the area, making it feel like an actual town as opposed to practically a ghost town in KH2

Diego surprised me, he started out just edgy which, if you know me you know I like edgy things, but edgy to the point of offputting BUT he grew a lot and I liked his relationship with Mom. Klaus was always a trip which is great and his whole development was nice. Five annoyed me at times but he was doing what he could to save everything so it's fine. Vanya fell for a lot and frustrated me at times but she got it bad by Father and Pogo so it's fairly understandable, and I liked her development. Allison kind of didn't do too much but I liked her moments with Vanya.

Luthor.....so he started off really plain. Didn't particularly care for him, he was kind of just fine. Then he actually started to develop with the whole "my life was wasted and Father trapped me" which I really liked! He was really growing on me! Going to the rave and being called a furry was fun, you know he had some stuff going. And then he just had to FUCK IT ALL UP.

Literally all Vanya needed was

1. To know Allison wasn't killed
2. Feel like she was part of the family and had people to turn to

He literally gave her those things at first. She got to the Academy, he told her Allison was alive, and then actually said this was her home/family yadda yadda and went in for a hug. Perfect. Vanya is SET. BUT OH WAIT NO IT WAS A TRICK AND HE NEEDS TO LOCK HER UP. Even the rest of the family wanted her out, even FUCKIN DIEGO wanted her out! But no Luthor just kept her in there for no fuckin reason. Like hooooooooly shit man.

Also honestly Pogo kind of needed to die after willingly being an accomplice like that for so many years, he needed a comeuppance.
