I was mentally burnt out so I just kind of zoned out and went more towards endurance instead. I've been bulking since November, been thinking about switching gears but it's so much easier to put weight on the bar when I'm gaining. Don't really want to give that up. lemondrop7 posted... I was just depressed the last 3 months eating nothing but pizza and ice cream lmao. I did that for a month last year. Also lots of alcohol too. Getting started back up is the hardest part.
