I just bought a PS5 two days ago and almost everytime I try to start a match on COD it trips my box. I dont know about electricity or anything like that but this is getting really frustrating.

I quit both cold turkey about 6 months ago after about 20 years of abuse. I feel like a whole new person.

I was drinking heavy for a solid two and a half years 5-6 times a week. And the days I wouldnt drink was because I was too sick to get up and go to the store and buy some more.

How did you deal with my withdrawals because that was the hardest part for me. Weed helped out a lot.

I'm surprised cigarettes is beating alcohol in this poll (must be denial.) I think alcohol beats tobacco in terms of the harm it can cause. Unless you're only considering how harmful it is to your own body and second hand smoke. Alcohol is much more dangerous.

Its because drinking is socially acceptable. Birthday party? Lets go to the bar. Youre getting married? Lets make a toast. Etc

I was abusing alcohol pretty hard during the pandemic and it nearly ruined my life. Almost lost my job, girlfriend, and family before I decided to get some help. Ive barely had a drink for the almost a year now and its the best decision Ive ever made.

Ive also been a smoker for about 10 years now (trying to kick this habit too) and I know its horrible for me but its my body my choice. When I go out for a smoke I make sure to stay away from everyone because of second hand smoke. As both a smoker and a former drinker I can 100% say alcohol was way worse for me.

Ive dealt with depression in the past so there were times I would go a full day without talking to anyone. My girlfriend works 10-12 hour shifts and shes not allowed to call or text so she would just assume I was sleeping when she got off work. My work would get concerned if I didnt show up after like two days.

I havent felt this much pain in a long time. This has been going on for a day and a half now and the earliest Ill be able to see my dentist is Tuesday. I have been taking a bunch of Tylenol and gargling salt water but thats only been temporary relief. I wasnt able to go to sleep until 7 this morning.

Game 7 of the 2016 NBA Finals. A 73 win Warriors team blowing a 3-1 league with home court advantage is pretty historic. The last couple minutes of the game so was intense with iconic moments like Kyries shot and LeBrons block.

Have you seen any of your coworkers since new broke? How were they reacting?

They sent us home early today with the option to come in tomorrow or take off.

Ive never personally met his wife or kids but another coworker of ours knew the family and said the wife was just as toxic as he was.

I knew him and his wife were having problems. He told me a story how she called the cops on him accusing him of hitting his kids but he was never charged with anything. He was a true professional at work but sometimes we would all go to the bar after work where he would rage with alcohol and cocaine.
