the same applies to cars. people who can't afford reliable vehicles get stuck with beaters that break down and cause them to miss work.

the poor can only afford low quality processed junk and they end up getting sick faster due to the bad nutrition

Doordash pay has gotten worse and worse as time has gone on. Ive only ever done it as a part time thing on the side just to waste time and get some extra cash, but these days Im lucky to see a handful of orders more than $5, as you said.

Its only worthwhile to me to dual app it with Iber Eats, and even then UE is also pretty terrible in my area these days.

I cant imagine having to rely on these apps for a full time income. I think youd have to hustle and work many, many hours, and live in a high volume area (major city).

I worked Doordash in San Francisco and even here its hard to make money doing Doordash. Any order without a tip isnt worth doing and people are tipping worse and worse.

I always turned down no tippers when I used to deliver for doordash. The pay without a tip is $3-5. Not worth it without a tip because id lose money on it.

My knowledge of boxing as an industry is pretty superficial, so correct me if I'm wrong, but IMO boxing's biggest problem is champions having freedom to carefully pick and choose their opponents in pursuit of a perfect record. Until belt holders are required to take on challenges in the same weight class based on tournament performance or something then I don't think Boxing can recover.

Its a double edged sword too because the ones who are willing to risk their 0 on their record can ruin their career and future paydays forever over 1 loss
