obvious given where we put the other SoA party members. I think hed at least beat Galcian.

Poliwrarh - low fodder
As these low-relevance lategame water types go, Poliwrath isnt too bad I guess. Part fighting type helps it stand out a little and it was the fighting Gym Leaders strongest Pokemon in GSC. Just not expecting that to be quite enough to get it mid fodder but being an RBY Pokemon and almost having something notable going for it probably gets it close.

Guy - LAW fodder
Guy is a party member in a disliked and unpopular game within a very popular series. He speaks beaver briefly and I think this is just about the only thing he ever does outside of battle. FFIIs stat system being what it is ensures he has no neat distinctions in battle beyond what you make of him. Character design does him few favors either. Im skeptical even the minority that likes his game is going to care here.

Internet celebrities could theoretically unleash their fan legions to harass just about anyone and the threat would be about the same regardless of whether the target themselves was also one of their fans. The argument basically amounts to internet celebrities not being allowed to have sex with someone unless the latter is completely off the grid.

Possibly the least controversial member of Abysss main cast but he doesnt have enough going for him to match up with Lukes protagonist role, Jades fan-favorite status, or Tears TJF. Does seem like him not being disliked should give him enough support to avoid really considering LAW though.

If you take that seriously for his strength then hed almost have to be LAW with how much his presence weakened Lightning but thats clearly also a crappy rivalry dragging them down. Hes going to suck but Im a little reluctant to say hed be clearly outperformed by FFII and III characters, even if some of them are in Dissidia, so I went low and not LAW.

I dont buy memes helping the crabs that much (albeit Im generally not hip to whats with it these days) and they too easily fall into lategame water types that dont stand out much and only very rarely actually get put on someones team. Being caught by Ash and at least briefly used by him in battle probably takes them out of contention for the bottom 10 or whatever of Gen 1 but Im still thinking low fodder.

Im not but assuming each side would still at least be willing to defend themselves if attacked by particular aggressors because that strikes me as normal, reasonable, sane behavior. Trying to actively take out everyone of the opposite gender absent a particularly compelling motive is not. A good number may even assist in helping to take out the sociopaths on their own side. So the result would generally be a draw as all the men nor all the women would ever get eliminated.

A case for Dialga and Palkia being possibly mid fodder to me would have to be based on hype for their games' upcoming remakes, and I'm not sure there's all that much excitement in evidence, especially after other recent-ish Pokemon disappointments.
