I respect that psychology can bring benefits to society but it is not science psychologists can believe opposite viewpoints and still be respected because it is about as scientific as the study of history or philosophy. |

The "zipper merge" relies on people being confident that the drivers at the end of the lane will let them in when in the US you are more likely to have people intentionally make an effort to cram together to prevent you from safely merging. In most states in the US you are actually legally at fault if someone speeds up to cut you off while you try to merge and you run into them. |

Actually answer with some integrity and some intelligence. You are concerned with firearms deaths that have halved in your life time instead of opioid overdoses that are up 20 times in your lifetime and have far surpassed the number of deaths per your from gun homicides. |
