I should save a few videos like that for when someone acts like a handful of countries having a slightly declining birthrate is a terrible thing.

This is cancel-by-association culture has been getting more and more ridiculous.
To those not who'd buy the game but won't out of general principle; firstly, you refusing to buy a HP game will not make the slightest bit of difference. Secondly, booing and ostracizing those who do buy the game just brings about more polarization, and make people less sympathetic.

I realize it can seem unfair and frustrating, but this is making things worse and you'll have to be a better and bigger person than this.

Lets say youre in line at a gas station to buy some Reeses. Dude comes in, pulls out a gun, and tries to rob everyone in line and the cashier.

do you try and catch the robber offguard/disarm them? Or do you give your wallet up like a pushover?

This irks me to no end. Most of the time it's about something that could just be communicated from a distance. It's especially cringey when the more 'efficient' characters like Seven of Nine do it.
Imagine what would haopen a real-life military branch were to communicate like that on a regular basis.

In most cases that I know of, cats would rather not have to get used to someone completely new, especially if that someone = competition.

Although it is possible with carefully phased introduction to let him get used to a new cat, but it's also very likely that he won't like having to share his safe place with a whole new cat, and that he'll be hostile towards it.

How did NATO even get to where it is today if allowing a new member requires a unanimous vote? And why would anyone think that such a requirement was a good idea anyway? A two-thirds majority, sure. But at this point it's becoming near-impossible to allow other countries to join, as one country or another will always find some reason to cockblock them.

I don't really have time for that, and even when I do, I don't really know of any games that I like well enough that I can quit and resume at any given time that are also not time-pressuring in any way.
Add to that the fact that I despise that shiny candy-colored style that 95% of mobile games have, and pretty much nothing remains except for the most basic stuff like chess and sudoku (if you can even find a version these days that doesn't throw ads in your face every 5 seconds).

It's more Star Trek than modern-day Star Trek series. If you like Star Trek TNG, you'll definitely like The Orville. And no, its style is not dumb random silliness like other stuff Seth MacFarlane is known for.

I think neither is shameful, though paying for porn seems kind of pointless when there are insane amounts directly available for free. At least when paying for sex you get something that's not quite so readily available.
