I usually use shoes and typically ran more on the heels of my feet, though, which I hear is bad for you. Paragon21XX posted... Why would you do that? You are supposed to slowly ease yourself into barefoot running to strengthen the muscles and soft tissues that were previously underused without injuring them. I have, sort of. I've been starting my days off with a light 1.5-2 mile barefoot jog for a couple weeks. My feet really don't seem to have made much progress. I did it because I had the time, I've been feeling insecure about my body a bit lately, and I guess I have a bit of a masochistic side. --- Feeling really good. |

Worked like 12 hours straight today without a break, and I felt like I was underwater by the end. Probably not good for either my health or my performance. --- Feeling really good. |

| Anony1125 07/06/19 9:39:57 AM #1 | I incurred an ~$800 fee for an emergency room visit a couple months ago, paid it off, and then after that they sent me a bill asking for ~$200 more. I asked them for a statement, and according to that this ~$200 charge is something applied nearly 3 weeks after the incident, and after the original bill had been paid. I've tried calling them several times to get this explained to me, and they either can't or won't tell me why they've applied this additional charge, simply informing me that I need to pay it. Am I in the wrong for wanting to know why they're charging me money? --- Feeling really good. |

I'm only about halfway through Nioh so far, but it's not all that bad. And I'm not a particularly talented gamer. In fact I'm pretty sure I kind of suck. But songs like Girl from the North Country, Boots of Spanish Leather, One Too Many Mornings, Maggie's Farm, Mr. Tambourine Man, It's All Over Now, Baby Blue, and Sad-Eyed Lady of the Lowlands will always remain some of the most evocative music in the world for me. --- Feeling really good. |
