What's your average DWPM (dishes washed per minute)?

Hard to say, the dishwashing stat sites use different methodologies. I'm a proponent of wDWPM+ which normalizes the data, adjusting for the various dishwashing setups, feeds, capacities, and distance to put the dishes away. It scales you to an average of 100. This past month I've been around a 120 (20% better than average), but I feel like I have the potential to push it even higher.

Not that I know of. I've used orange and purple degreasers, but no blue degreaser yet.

They use these tiny little 1 oz ramekins full of of an herb oil for bread that you have to wipe out individually because the oil will linger through the dishwasher. Pretty annoying. Also hate the pans and broiler plates that you have to rip at with steel wool because stuff is burned into them. Years ago I knew another sorta eccentric guy named Dishwasher Danny who hitchhiked around and wanted to do dishes in all 50 US states. He talked about working a casino job as the only dishwasher. Said he made great money but it was hell -- he could only do it for a couple weeks and this was a lifelong dishwasher. I'm not sure I would be keen on that.

Be a long-distance runner. It's very helpful having tons of energy when you've gotta do 11-12k steps per shift, and people don't question how much you're actually doing if they see you moving around quickly and confidently.

How much you make

$22/hour, I think. I'm not entirely sure. They direct deposit my paycheck, but the site they use for pay stubs stopped accepting my password months back so I haven't been able to see them. I just kinda take it on faith that they're giving me the proper amount.

honestly the only pringles i really like are the sour cream and onion. most of the other kinds i find are either bland and underseasoned like the bbq or way too salty and seasoned like the cheddar and original flavor

I feel like Pringles had more variance per pack than other chips. I used to buy them all the time, and like 1/3 (of whichever flavor) were basically dead in the water because they didn't get enough seasoning. You could always tell by the first chip whether it would be a good batch or not. The BBQ were one of the worst offenders there, because if it was a bad batch they just had basically no flavor. Completely useless. I did have plenty of good BBQ ones though, to be fair.

Then weirdly he starts moving around to all the significant locations and you're sure he must have some function, but nope. Still just the one pointless line.

No, as a line cook I don't. It's depressing watching less valuable employees dramatically outearn you.

I work in a diner, I never get weekends off unless we're closed for whatever reason. Last time the diner was open on a weekend and I wasn't there would probably be back in 2016.

Depends on the establishment. Some mandate tip outs, some do not. Either way Erica is for sure making more overall than those peons, though.
