You can play gameboy games on the SNES classic if you do *things I'm not necessarily condoning*. Maybe some people voting know that and aren't voting for gameboy because they can already play them on the SNES classic

I slept through most of today. Now it's night time, and I have no idea what to do. I'm trying to quit all drugs, but I feel the addiction calling me as I type this.

I'm trying to take a tolerance break from MJ for a while. Kind of sucks since it helps with my depression sometimes, but when I use it every day it stops having an effect. I hope you can stick to it. I am also directionless tonight. Maybe I'll try to do a drawing or something. But I have no energy

I started posting probably 10 years ago, then posted for a few years (as snoopydance), then left for some years. Curiosity I guess drew me back, or boredom

Just felt super depressed, did not want to work and wanted to get rid of myself. Now it's back to work tomorrow... Hope you guys had a better one

There were lots of different styles of wrestling. Guys flipping around, breaking the runway, putting people through tables and stuff. I find I am still not really interested in wrestling. I don't like being around a lot of yelling either so it bothered me being in the audience when they were chanting PUNT HIS C*** and the like.

But there was one cool part. One of the wrestlers was apparently retiring due to health reasons, and he gave this little speech about his life. He wrote an essay in high school about how he wanted to be a pro wrestler when he grew up, and was inspired when his teacher wrote "Someone has to be a pro wrestler. Why not you?" He finished by singing this. People tried to clap along but they lost the rhythm and stopped



It was in this high school gym with these paintings on the wall lol. It was funny watching these guys wrestle underneath the pope and what's known as the "disappointed tiger" among these wrestling fans.

David Starr was handsome. I wonder if he'll be there lol... I don't know if it's the same organization as the other show I went to.

I don't know anything about wrestling really. It all seems really cartoony / Dragon Ball Z-ish to me but I guess that's part of the idea. It's weird knowing the wins and losses are set up ahead of time too (at the other one I went to, you could tell the PowerPoint they were using had the final bracket already entered, which was kind of funny), but when you watch it you can tell it's more for entertainment than a real competition between the wrestlers.

Did anyone watch that show Glow on Netflix? It made me understand a little what the appeal of wrestling was.

Can't you play a bunch of the animal crossing games at night? In one of the games you could even change the hours of the shops so that they're open later

I'm not interested in wrestling, but I'm off from work and I figured it's something my friend likes and it might be better than sitting around the house. It's some indie wrestling organization I can't remember the name of.

I went with him one other time. It was really goofy. This little kid behind us kept chanting "David Starr is David Stupid! Can't even spell his own name!"

Oh really? I barely noticed that but maybe if you're really used to it being sideways it'd be annoying. I think it looks fine though

Arena is yeah. It is more like paper magic. You can build your own decks from cards, and you earn wildcards to trade for any card you want of a certain rarity. I probably won't pay any money but it's still fun to play

Gelatin is made from animal bones and other tissues. Many people don't consider it vegetarian... it's basically a meat by product

I've been playing it. Not a fan of the business model, but I've played MTG for years and it's a fun game to grind while I have something else going on in the background. It helps that the standard format is really good right now, you can play budget decks and a nice variety of strategies without feeling too punished for it.

Yeah I don't really want to buy anything. Freemium games are weird. But you can earn enough coins to play the events and buy packs for free. So it's not that bad Kevman510 posted...

I'm glad they added versus, but it's still very cumbersome to use, they really need to add a friends list.

I agree that it's kind of an awkward way to implement it. Both players needing to paste each other's names in and wait. Even just saving favorite people to challenge would be an improvement. But they were probably trying to get the MVP out to make the users happy (or possibly move on to developing something else)

Hmm, I didn't know about that. This one has some improvements over what I remember from DotP. You can build your own deck and unlock lots of pre-made decks. There's optional stuff to pay for but you can play and participate in the special events for free

They just added direct challenge (vs.) mode a few days ago but I don't know anybody else that plays it. It's a pretty cool game and free

If you get switch online, you can play some NES games on it too if that interests you at all. They've got some good games on there

It's a really cool console with lots of good ports (Okami, Kero Blaster, Cave Story, Shovel Knight, Dark Souls...) Exclusive wise, Super Mario Odyssey was amazing. Most people love Breath of the Wild too although I couldn't get into it

I made some of my own videos and was an assistant once on a video shoot, but after graduating just tried to get office/clerical jobs. Now I'm a software developer. But ideally I'd really like to do something artistic. I've been working a little tiny bit on a game as the artist outside of work but I'm too lazy to do anything after work most of the time.

That is scary. Hopefully it turns out to be nothing
