I liked this explanation, that humanity found a cure for the Flood, but refused to tell the Forerunner how they did it as a final fuck you. However what actually happened was the Flood isn't just a mindless disease that continuously spreads like humans/Forerunner believed, they are very smart and can choose who to infect, so they purposefully retreated against humanity to trick the Forerunner and put them off guard. The Flood's main goal was revenge against the Forerunner, not humanity. When the Flood returned much stronger 10,000 years later, the Forerunner were greatly unprepared --- Hello world! |

Valyria vs the Rhoynar would be epic, the Rhoynar had 250,000 men and water wizards who killed 3 dragons and took over some Valyrian lands, before Valyria itself responded with 300 dragons and wiped the entire army out. Or if we want Westeros, then the Dance of the Dragons would be the most hype, there were 20 dragons, and then a Targaryen civil war broke out, dragon against dragon, and almost all 20 were killed in the war --- Hello world! |
