if you don't like how your elected official is doing, either run for office yourself or vote for the other guy and help spread the word for others to do the same.

I think "term limits" refers to how many terms, not the length of the terms.

I would say 45 being forced to take the stand is a worse punishment for 45. That had to hurt him and his little fragile ego.

The worst punishment was getting banned from Twitter. He and his cult were acting like he'd been thrown into Gitmo.

Maybe that's what his next punishment should be. Take away his phone/internet privileges.

This. Ironically, the netflix Light Turner was actually smarter about this although the movie itself didn't delve into the aftermath of that because the overall movie was much sloppier.

It's not ironic. The whole point is that Light wasn't as smart or as righteous as he thought he was. Near basically spells it out for him in the end.

I think one of the biggest things of value out of these plea deals is that they're being forced to admit that they were wrong for once. Them and millions of Trump supporters have been gaslighting the shit out of us for YEARS and NEVER showed any evidence to support their claims.
