It is when you ignore a police officer involved with investigating the incident directly stating they've ruled out the possibility of multiple shooters.

Ignorance is common with conspiracy theory types, though. Guess it's to be expected.

If you bothered to follow the link you'd see that it was video footage of a briefing conducted by the El Paso police department. But who am I kidding, you're definitely not the type to bother doing any reading or watching of something outside of your Infowars circle-jerk bullshit "news". The "paragraph" is a direct quote from the officer giving the press briefing. Whatever the slant or bias of the news agency reporting it has little to do with the person delivering the message, who again is an officer with the El Paso police, and not some reporter from a liberal news agency.

It reported that a 10-year-old Canton Township boy assaulted a 9-year-old male classmate while playing a game called Tips in late April.

Tips apparently uses a rubber ball similar to the kind used for dodgeball. The ball is not thrown. Instead, players form a circle and a ball is tossed in the air. Players must catch the ball while jumping off the ground.

Prosecutors alleged the 10-year-old took the ball and intentionally threw it with force once the game was over. The 9-year-old suffered a concussion and abrasions, causing the childs mother to file a police complaint.

Shouldn't rush to judgement.
