All of my friends who moved to Minnesota have been super fucking pissed about the lack of news coverage and won't shut up on Facebook about it.

The problem is, I don't feel it's a lack of news coverage. I think people mistake the fact that the reason Mike Brown got so much coverage was because of the civil unrest that followed it, not because of the actual shooting.

I tried it once. It didn't get me drunk enough to replace beer, it didn't taste good enough to replace apple cider.

That being said, I don't give a shit what anyone else drinks.

I didn't feel it sagged, but I felt that Doc's sudden face turn was really jarring compared to the rest of the film.

Also, what was the point of bringing him the postal notes? they killed the guy who was going to buy them off him."

I don't say that as an insult to Boogie. I feel bad for him and his anxiety issues.

But he sounds like a handful.

Liquid shows ober the next couple of paragraphs thst he has absolutely no grasp of what scientific principles actually imply, and kind of go out of their way to make it clear that he's insane.

This directly flies in the face of the briefing where it is stated that all the members of FoxHound were geniuses who had enough of a knowledge of genetics that giving them Big Bosses remains was a threat.

Basically, Kojima is kind of a shit writer that makes up for it with great characters and execution (except in the case of MGS V)

Actually, IIRC it was the Genome Soldiers who were the geniuses with 180 IQ's who could perform their own gene experiments on themselves.

But, everything having to do with the genome soldiers pretty much confirms your "Kojima is a shitty writer" stance because the briefing has a bunch of weird shit that contradicts itself within seconds of each other. IIRC, within the span of a minute it's said that the Genome Soldiers were all former US Special Forces, then it is stated that *actually* a lot of them were made up of Big Bossees soldiers from Outer Heaven, *then* it's stated that they are from a bunch of different nationalities, then it's stated that they're actually a bunch of inexperienced kids who were trained in VR, before finally stating that they were all US Army and were deemed super patriotic based on their psyche evaluations.

Kojima couldn't make up his fucking mind on what their makeup actually was, and in the end it made no fucking sense that they were geniuses when they acted as dumb in gameplay as they did.

Some stupid rumors never die.

I worked with a 30 year old women that told me Mew was under the truck in Pokemon Red. I told her that was an old wives tale and she claimed it was true because she did it.

I'm sure there's some people out there who still believe you can get the Triforce in Ocarina of Time as well.

The people who think there is and always has been a Jetpack hidden in the game, sure.

I mean, every attempt that has been made by Rockstar to hide anything in the code has been discovered within like a week or two of it being added, but I'm supposed to believe they were able to hide a completely functional Jetpack in the game?

Hell, I'd think if they were able to hide the Jetpack so well they would have been able to hide the single player DLC assets that were discovered a hell of a lot better than they did.

But as for easter egg hunting in general? No. They just found a new "you shouldn't have been able to see this." sign in GTA V like a few weeks or a month ago I think.

Yeah, I don't think they'll kill Tony just because Robert Downey Jr. is a money maker and I think he'll always be down for easy paycheck cameos.

Really same goes for Evans, but there's a much easier "replacement" for him with Sebastian Stan/Bucky there so he'd be more likely to die or get written out I think. Maybe not permanently but enough to give him a nice long break.

I'm talking about the movies.

I have no clue about the comics because I haven't read them for like 5 years now. Last I heard the big push was to get back to a status quo Spider-Man though with their Legacy initiative or whatever it's called so I'd stand by the idea that Spider-Man isn't becoming Tony Stark any time soon.

I mean, to be fair, I don't think any of the side content in either universe has ever been "that fun". R3 missions and side missions were mostly a chore for completion and/or rewards to me.

The only friend activity I found in the new series was pool, and they fucking took that out of GTA V for fucking Yoga of all things.

I'd rather go back to GTAIII era style of game, though. I grew tired of GTA IV and GTA V's stories and missions really quick but I can still go back to the other games no problem.
