I always wondered if the interviews or reactions were fake or if they asked enough people to where they eventually get enough stupid answers.

Either way, people need to stop acting like this country is doomed because 5 people on a segment of "Jaywalking" couldn't locate Washington, D.C. on a map.

i think its 1 of 4 things

1. Editing making it seem like they were asked that question, when in fact they were asked something different

It crashed for me more than any other major release Ive ever played. Everything could be fixed by restarting the game and I never lost any major progress, but its still not a particularly good showing.

i think in terms of crashing it's definitely not been a great showing for me and i usually play on PC. Now that i think about it i did have a crash or two on my original run but wrote it off. Luckily it saves all the time.

It runs a hell of a lot better than most releases on PC do though but they don't crash on me either lol

lol i had an invisible enemy during that coney island thing too, it was literally the last enemy i had to beat to move on and i could see a red dot on the map but couldn't do anything and he wasn't attacking either. Think i luckily had a web up gadget and it pinned him to the wall.

personally, I haven't experienced any crashes, but I did have to deal with one annoying bug which was apparently widespread.

you could work around it, but I only found out how after googling about the issue.

besides that, it has performed really well, for me, but if so many people are complaining about bugs/crashes, then I'll just consider my time with the game lucky rather than the norm.

btw, are you playing digital or with a disc?

I'm playing the digital version. I completed my OG run without many glitches. Most was the game freeze when you sat on the bench in the coney island mission that happened to everyone, spider-cube, the game soft locking when you get galvanize, and the audio disappearing in some scenes. That run was literally the day the game came out and now after patches i've somehow had a WORSE experience

im playing on ultimate and no joke my game has crashed at least 5 times today and i've had to restart from checkpoint a few times because of bugs. Hell i set a civilian down on the stretcher and after the cutscene played out he reappeared on my body and i couldn't do anything but swing lmao

and now i just had to restart the mysterio battle because of invisible enemies

Kang's thing is that he is literally from the Future. That he has weapons that centuries more advance then what we have today. Like Imagine modern day Military fighting Cavemen.

That's the threat of Kang. But only that, but there is a past, present ,future of the same character. Kang is suppose to be a future relative of Doctor Doom.

Speaking of future, he feels like such a distant problem that i am damn near sure Avengers Kang Dynasty will flop and Disney feels so too if they were already looking into getting a different villain

Y'know maybe it would have a better build up if they showed Kang's taking over alternate universes in shows where the multiverse is involved, leading up to the scene at the end of quantumania where they all get together, that MIGHT make him more threatening.

I've always found multiversal/multiple Earths & time travel to be some of the laziest narrative elements you can do. All it does is give writers carte blanche to re-do or retcon anything and avoid the natural conclusions that a story should go towards. With that said, I still have some trust in the MCU to do it right, but it is fading.

Even if Kang remains, what Avengers are we getting? A plucky young mix of Kate Bishop, Yelena, Shang Chi, and Shuri-Panther? Not very palatable to say the least.

if they go with everyone still active in the MCU, they actually have a pretty strong group

Right now though I think the avengers are literally in tatters as most of them are retired or injured or dead.

We have what... Captain Falcon, Bucky, Ant Man, Thor if he goes back to Earth, an injured Hulk, War Machine?

the first one is so vague that it could apply to literally anyone tbh

i'm 28 and childless just the way i like it. I've been on dates, not a virgin, not really had a long term relationship, but i'm living life on my terms and a traditional family life isn't for me. I've never once felt lonely and like I needed a partner, if anything I like things the way they are lol.

He doesn't but they should be more strategic with how they use him. Thanos was the guy behind the antagonist not the one losing to the heroes. In Multiverse of Madness one of the worlds they were passing through could've been controlled by Kang. Not someone to defeat, just as someone powerful that's scene. In Antman, they should've gone for the setback instead of the defeat. If Antman was the one to break his device and trap him in the quantum realm instead of the mom. That way at the end he's threateningly starting to build an army in the quantum world instead of being dead. They tried to use the Council of Kangs to make him still threatening but it's not the same. It's too much. If the Council is assembling an army of Kangs then shouldn't the "attack" be happening next installment?

the threat is also extremely vague

what are they threatened by? Ant Man? Did they really need an entire army to stop Ant Man? Are they no longer attempting to destroy each other? Do they need all these resources for just one "branch"?

I thought they would spend this season focusing more on Kang and how he's becoming this multiversal threat, but they played around with the idea for like half an episode then went back to the loom

i think this season is kind of weak ngl

idk why but i dont love it. just seems like it's been static and has no real direction. The same problem has existed since episode 1 or so and we're no closer to fixing it 4 episodes later besides Loki being a walking tempad now

All this multiversal stuff is part of his story as much as the Infinity gems were part of Thanos'.

Three Kang variants already had significant roles in Loki s1, s2 and Ant-Man. Before Infinity War Thanos was only in end credit teasers, and a minor appearance in GotG. We were shown nothing about his backstory or his motives before IW. Kang has gotten more build up so far.

I don't really believe every new villain needs to one-up the one before to be interesting, but even then Kang is a threat on an entirely different level. Plus for obvious reasons, He Who Remains and Quantumania's Kang aren't the variants the Avengers will team up against. There's likely going to be a more threatening one, or a group of them.

I disagree. The infinity stones and their locations were central parts of the movies and didn't disappear when the movie ended. NWH and MoM started and ended their multiverse issue in the same movie, and now it feels disconnected with the multiverse issues that are happening in Loki. The whole MCU feels extremely disjointed and none of these characters are really meeting up, they just keep pumping out shows and movies.

Kang feels about as much of a threat as Red Skull was in captain america.

and Kang will have to pull out some real severe shit to even keep up with these new superhero powerhouses, cause he's just a dude with technology, but all these MCU heroes are now super powered.

For some reason they can recast a major villain for an entire phase but not BP.

the general public probably doesn't care as much as disney thinks they do, hell there are plenty of successful actors and artists with criminal records or controversies. Not to downplay his problem but it won't be the first or last time.

They were looking into getting rid of him before it went down anyway. The plot of these movies should have revolved more around Kang as a villain instead of setting up 30 movies with 30 different stories and no overarching plot. Does anyone remember what happened in Shang-Chi, The Eternals, the TV shows, or otherwise?

He's not threatening enough. Outside of appearing at the end of Loki, and being a villain in the ant man movie who got literally defeated by ants, he has made 0 appearances and theres nothing building up to him. With the lead up to infinity war/endgame we saw the stones in action and Thanos working behind the scenes, controlling other threatening villains

You know when a villain starts and ends in a ant man movie that no one will ever take them seriously again

It's weird how people are so much more critical of characters like Miles. Like one of those complaints is that he's perfect and better than Peter. Yet in one of the early scenes in the game Miles nearly lets innocent people die and Peter has to rescue them.

It is weird seeing him called perfect and a Gary Stu when in his own media one of his major character storylines is that he can't live up to Peter. It was a theme in his game, in the movies, and in the comics. Hell even in SM2 Pete complains about Miles being "off his game"(obviously when he's in the symbiote suit tho)

Hell he was literally tied up in into the spider-verse BECAUSE he wasn't good or even decent at using his powers

Its sadly they dont like Mile cause he replaced Peter in his universe. To them, marvel killed off a loved character, to replace him a black person for the sake of inclusion.

Well I want to give people the benefit of the doubt, if they provide actual reasons for why they dislike Miles I'll take their word for it.

"Because Peter Parker is the only Spider-Man isn't a valid reason. Sure, you could dislike his family oriented side of the game, prefer Peter's powers, etc.. but for a lot of people it seems like at the end of the day it boils down to "He's not Peter Parker"

I'm not sure if this is a simple way to put it, but imo every time the accused walks, it's 100% on the prosecutor.

sometimes you just get bad cases or the jury feels sympathetic, there are things you can't account for. a prosecutor could have the worlds best case but a jury can still choose to acquit or not reach a verdict.

I agree with them in that I honestly wouldn't want to trust my future and freedom to a bunch of randos pulled off the street having to have foreign concepts explained to them and ultimately it's just 2 lawyers trying to convince them one way or the other. The prosecution (usually) having facts and evidence, the defense just focusing on whatever it takes to get their client off.

I feel like a fair and true-hearted judge ruling based off all the evidence and not soaking in lawyer bullshit would be the fairest method.

Of course this falls apart when judges can and do become corrupt, such as that asshole who was funneling juveniles to a private prison for juveniles. I get why the founding fathers thought it was a better system given what they had experienced, I just really hate the idea of leaving my fate to a bunch of randos.

And of course you can always forego a jury.

People always say the justice system doesn't work, Jurys are there to protect it. If there was a bench trial 99% of the time the defendant would be found guilty. Trust me, it's better to have a jury.

Eh one of those is just saying Miles needs a separate identity from Peter beyond "Spiderman" and that they missed an opportunity for maybe another cool character rather than a carbon copy. He even says he doesn't mind the character and Miles is deserving of his own spin off.

To lump this in as some type of racist thread is a pretty far reach to me.
