I have a love/hate relationship with your State. I love the weather, the scenery, and the family that I have living there. I hate the sanctuary cities, the slap on the wrist that people who knowingly spread HIV might be getting soon, the overpriced cost of living, the adorable threats of Calexit, and the general bat-shit insanity of the liberals there. Still, you guys aren't Florida. That state is in a class of bat crap crazy all its own.

If it was a case of they did not know then this should apply but not for people infecting others on purpose aware they have a deadly disease.

Why don't we ban cars, since you can kill someone cars. Maybe chop off the hands of everyone in the country because hands can be dangerous weapons. We should also ban scissors, pencils, pens, forks, paperclips, etc. ANYTHING can be a lethal weapon, the problem isn't guns or bullets it's the people using the gun and bullets that's the problem.

Yes, he could've taught his own child better. But I guarantee you he taught those bullies a lesson.

I don't disagree that he taught them a lesson, I just take issue with what he did.

Because talking about why your relationship isn't as strong as it should be and taking steps to either strengthen it or mutually agree to move on and break up is too mature and adult I guess.
