Yeah, I don't know about restaurant chains, but this local place called The Ranch House makes the best breakfast of any restaurant I've been to.

Exactly. We got a place called Maureen's kitchen that makes dope breakfast.

Definitely the tabletop RPG crew.

If we're talking about it being in person, playing through a one-off wouldn't be too complicated, and would likely work pretty well.

We got some real veterans so it would be pretty fun and informative.

Outside of that I'd be perfectly willing to talk to pretty much anybody. I use my face for my profile anyway so I'd be easy enough to recognize.

Looks like they pump out new editions or free versions and let them go on sale for free briefly, and then put them up to full price.

Basically you get it for free, and show it off once the cost goes back up to make it seem like you blew cash on something useless.

I know what you mean. I think part of it is making what you think is cool rather than actually effective when it comes to most of the game.

For example when I used to play Warcraft against my friends I always went defense heavy (I'm talking straight up walls of Defensive Towers, Ziggurats, etc) and they were never aggressive enough to shut it down early.

TopicDo you enjoy games where your player character is helpless?
123pizza2
03/14/18 7:46:29 PM
#21
Honestly, in games where I'm completely helpless, the horror is kinda muted and I have a tendency to charge into death a couple of times for some laughs. It's almost like I'm extra bold because I don't stand a chance anyway.

Being completely helpless kills my immersion and makes the pursuer or hazard seem less organic. It's more frightening to be pursued by something, know you could fend it off, but can't because it might attract something worse.
