They weren't. At least not the original ones in the 90s. There were some that were limited edition, where only certain stores got them, or were produced in limited quantity, but they weren't random.

When it drops down to $20 or less, sure. Learned my lesson after getting the Super Deluxe edition of BL3. Tina's Wonderland was a step back in the right direction, just not enough.

Back when I played Overwatch (2018?), I was a Pharah-main, so this character definitely seems up my alley. Too bad I don't touch competitive games anymore.

There's a hidden time that you need to beat to get the cookie. Looking back at previous puzzles, it may be20 seconds for easy, 40 seconds for medium, 60 for hard.
