Yeah I played the first FE Warriors game and enjoyed it a ton. Never played Three Hopes because I never played Three Houses

Why would it work? What possible reason could anyone ever have for thinking it would do anything other than give more money to the rich?

Ive been a Fire Emblem fan ever since 7 released in the west, played almost all of them since then. Last one I played was Fates, which I found an extremely off putting game. From the weird, nonsensical story, overly sexualized characters, weird relationship mechanics, strangely dark and glossed over themes, poor map design, etc etc. I just didnt even bother after that. Awakening also had some of these problems, but that was just a more overall enjoyable game. Fates just took these problems to a level that killed my interest in the series for a long time.
So are the switch games better, and actually emphasize strategy, or are they still designed for thirsty weebs first and foremost?

Im 53 hours in and I think I still have 3 big open world areas left. @_@ this game is fucking huge.

AI art looks terrible. Its too uniform, too strange looking, you look closer and the details are all wrong.

It feels like I could spend a dozen hours here.

11 hours in and Im just getting to Chapter 3. I beat Titan at Full Strength just to see if I could do it.

Yeah I feel perfectly fine now. Only problem is that my stomach is making really loud gurgling sounds even though Ive been eating. I hope its just lingering virus that will be expelled tomorrow and not something more serious. >_>

Finally feel well enough to play. I feel overwhelmed lol this game looks huge. Im only halfway done doing all the side activities in the Grasslands and Ive been here for like 5 hours.

Yeah vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain. Past 24 hours have been hell. I had a bout of diarrhea so violent a few hours ago I thought I was going to pass out. I broke out in a cold sweat, became dizzy, vision blurred.

Also I went to bed last night fully intending to play more today. BAM woke up at 2AM sick and never went back to sleep. Ive vomited like 10 times x_x

Finally got my copy. Amazon cancelled my order last Friday and I contacted customer support like yo what gives and they told me to cancel it and reorder and theyd get it to me asap. Never had that happen before. But at least I finally have it in my hands. Been sitting here for over an hour waiting for the install. 150 GB x_x

Consoles? No. Physical media is going to be phased out HARD though. I doubt PS6 will have a physical media version, its going all digital. Sony is going to have an iron grip on your game license rights, its going to be a fucking disaster.

Meowth. I wish that Gen 9 had a new Meowth variant. I just think it would be neat if every Gen it just got a new region form.

Edit: ah I tried to take some photos of it with my phone, but GFAQs says the files are too big.

Anyway its a cool book, love the art in that game. Besides that though, I also have all three volumes the Ultimania Archive which is Final Fantasy art and development info. Also all the Mega Man Complete Works books. Also some other books like The Art of Mana for the Mana series, and the Art Style of Kirby for Kirby.

Been waiting for this game for nearly 25 years. Of course most of that time was waiting for a new Ogre Battle, or at least a remake with maybe some new content, but I'm glad it's almost here.

I think this is the closest well ever get to a new OB or a remake of one. Which is a shame because OB and OB64 are two of my favorite RPGs ever made, and nobody ever talks about them. If I were to make an indy game, it would be an SRPG in the style of Ogre Battle 64.

The demo has me playing Ogre Battle in anticipation. I need my SRPG fix

Apparently a Final Fantasy 6 Remake would take 20 years to complete according to Kitase. No clue where he got this number from, but its clear that SE has no intention to do an FF6 Remake, which is a damn shame.
