Me and a few coworkers are trying to get a dnd game going. We made our characters but we haven't been able to make it past session zero, cause real life.

Yeah that happens. We try to play once a month, sometimes it takes longer on between and such.

The board games are kinda cool.

Im loving it, its our second campaign. And my second TTRPRG campaign ever. First time we had a book canpaign with V5 rules.

This time its storytellers campaign with homebrew rules based on V5 but parts from the older versions.

We did a new kind of combat as well which was pretty fun. Everone rolls an initiave order. Then we do an intention turn and then an action turn.

In the intention turn everyone even foes call out their intention from lowest roll to the highest.

The higher roll characters will understand the lower rolls inention and can act accordingly.

The highest roll starts the action turn, who will know everyones intention and can influence everyone. Action turn is the usual highest to the lowest roll. Most of the stuff happens almost at thr same time during that turn.

Feels like a mix of strategy combat and turn based like Dragon Quest or something.

Game was super-meh and a dissapointment to me after how good The Messenger was.

I wish I got into tabletop RPGs sooner. Its just so much fun!!

3rd session. Im a Thin-Blood alchemist.

I have internal alchemy, so I have to use blood pool/hunger to use it.

In our first combat I used it twice. First I coated a 2-fist sized rock with the glue-blood and threw it at an enemy hand that wielded a gun so I disarmed him.

And second time against thr same foe I filled my cowboy hat like a 3rd of it and three it at him so the glue-blood spilled on his feet. I managed this with great dice rolls.

But of course it camw with a cost. I only had 2 bloodpool/hunger left so when the others interrogated him and drew his blood I could not resist to drain him which gave me a stain, and I lost the remorse roll which made me lose one humanity.

I chose glue trap cuz it fits with my hunter character but didnt know Id use it like this.

This game is so fun.

Done it once. The prep was the worst part. Thr procedure was no biggie. Hope you have an easy prep.

Honestly if you still have Fallout 4 on PC, you could fix the settlement stuff with mods. Some mods don't work on Playstation due to Sony not allowing outside assets, so it's harder to get everything you want there.

But for builds, I liked going for heavy gun or explosives focused builds.

My PC hasnt been working for couple of years, can pretty much just browse net and some stuff. Cant install anything. Cba to fix it.

There seem to be mods. But I wanna play modless at first. Think they disable trophies as well.

I rather have my herniated disc for 6 months again than feeling like this for a day.

This time I have NO reason either.

I just feel paralyzed and cant do the things I want to and need to to get better.

Not sure what kinda character Im building but I am enjoying this more than I did years ago. The settlement stuff feels more fun this time around.

Are you gonna attend in Malm for any of the shows?

Its free atm with PS+ thingy and I dont wanna buy a Fallout game especially for console.

I played the PC version way back when. But I didnt play much since the settlement stuff kinda annoyed me.

I usually go with someone great at hacking and lockpicking but wanna try something new.

First time using Prime Videos on an LG TV. It just feels annoyingly low fps.

I looked at something else on it and it looked fine with the FPS. But Fallout is almost annoying. I dunno. As long as its intentional Ill get used to it.

I grew up with Sierra; Kings Quest, Space Quest, Quest for Glory and Phantasmagoria.

Im so tempted. But doesnt fit my
character that well and it might get very dangerous as well. Also Im not sure yet if it needs to be outside my body to activate or if its active when Ive made it (in my body). If its the latter then its super dangerous for an internal alchemist, better suited for bottled or parasitic alchemy.

Tabletop. Session 2 of my second campaing. 80s New Orleans, original story by storyteller, homebrew rules mostly V5 based with some older version rules.

Im a Thin-Blood alchemist with internal alchemy (I use my own blood inside my as the vessel).

As a human I was a hunter so Im thinking Glue Trap obviously. I can make my blood very sticky for 24 hours outside my body and use it for traps etc.

Others Im thinking about is Haze which I can make mist from my blood, Free Fire which makes my blood flammable or Far Reach which is telekinisis pretty much.

Iris Message (can send a one sentence messege onto a fellow Thin-Bloods skin) would be fun because Im illiterate so Id just draw stuff or something. But not gonna take that unless I get enough xp later and want to have fun.
