Luckily I live in a pretty decent complex and have had packages out all day before without being messed with, plus there are cameras on every building.

The driver is at fault, but it seems like the delivery system itself is the most at fault. Whatever checks they have to ensure accuracy apparently failed.The way I see it the other customer is partially responsible. If they would've put their complete address then they would've gotten their package (the one I got) and then the driver would've taken the time to find my package when he got to my place. --- Every day I wake up and promise I will be nice to everyone, then I deal with people at work and remember why that will never happen. |

So this happened to me earlier today. I was expecting a package from Amazon. I get the notification on my phone that it was dropped outside,although I could tell from the photo that there was no way what I ordered was in that narrow envelope. Sure enough it had a different name and the address was just the street, no building or apartment number. I'm guessing the driver seeing that my address was due a delivery decided that must be it and called it a day. I tried contesting it on Amazon but according to their records the delivery was complete. There's a huge difference as Suikoden features stories about warfare, so building your army needs more characters-- plus having 6 characters in battle means you have a lot more room to explore compared to Chrono Cross featuring Serge, probably Kidd or another thief, and only 1 other slot.Plus Chrono was built around double and triple techs.
