My point is that the ISS is perfectly safe place to spend less than two weeks.

Just flying up there was the dangerous part.
No, the dangerous part is not going there.

Because the only shuttle mission that wasn't scheduled to ended up in disaster and would have saved the crew.

There's a docking port at the top of the capsule.

It's just totally routine for the station to have multiple things docked to it these days.

I really hope those parachutes work. Because one of the unique things about starliner is that it lands on land.

There's no problem with the parts that get them home, but it's basically a case of not wanting to throw your garbage away too early. Once they discard the service module, that's it.

It seems barely possible with even Superman level costume changing from his bag and running/floating.

If there's no IC cards available to buy (there probably won't) and you don't want to get the temporary ones like welcome suica or pasmo passport or whatever, you can get a virtual one in your apple wallet if you have an iphone (don't think it works on android phones that weren't bought in Japan)
This was the worst part and I had to hack my Pixel phone for this to work. But then you realize there are deposit limits and then you're forced to use a kiosk. And most of those kiosks cannot refill a digital card. Hold on to whatever physical Suica, Pasmo, Icoca, etc you can find. Welcome or regular.

I wish I knew I could refill at any convenience store a lot earlier and those usually work with digital.
