| coolcono 08/22/21 5:12:07 PM #1 | Target- I lasted a summer and got canned. First job and it was impossible with high school. It was pretty cliquey. Burger King- About 4 years and quit. Pay was terrible, but it is great talking with people in the kitchen. College dining facility- Alright pay, but didn't really like it. Washing dishes was the best job there. Wal-Mart- High stress job. Good bonuses and 401k, but quit after someone nagged on me for something stupid. Cart pushing, cashiering, deli, dry food. Cart pushing grew on me here. Home Depot- 4 years. Fired because I blew up from understaffing. No raises and stress, but not as bad as WM. Super One- Local grocery gig. Still here. Very laid back, but blah pay. You need to screw up big time to get fired from here. --- psn- trucano |

On my only off day one week, I went apply to deliver pizzas at dominos, they asked me when I could start because they needed drivers bad. Ended up training the very same day and getting put on the schedule. Just no called no showed the amusement park forever (haven't even back as a patron, and this was about 15 years ago).I heard amusement parks are pretty shady in the way they trade their workers. A girl that worked there for about 1 year ratted me out to upper management for pushing carts through the front door and quit on the spot. I was getting written up for a couple of stupid things, so I quit. The girl who ratted me out didn't last more than 6 months after that. --- psn- trucano |
