Oh shit, you're right. He doesn't have the Cold Steel games. In fact, it doesn't look like he has any Falcom games listed in his library.

TC, if you like JRPG's definitely get the Trails of Cold Steel games (turn based) and the last couple of Ys games (real time/action). Cold Steel games are a continuing story, so don't just jump into 4. But Ys games are standalone, so you could play 8 or 9 and everything you need to know is explained.

Yeah definitely play Tropico 4 or 5. I've sunk so many hours into Tropico games. Tons of fun.

Survival/Craft - State of Decay 2.

It's a zombie game with perma death and resource scavenging to build up your base. There's an intro story for the survivor duos that you can select (or skip that and just pick from survivors with random stats), but it's not a story heavy game. It's mainly about exploring and building up your group.

Strategy - Wasteland 3

Like the already suggested XCOM games, Wasteland 3 is a turn based strategy game with a good variety of weapons and a skill tree to add a little customization to how you grow your characters.

RPG/Adventure - Everspace 2

This one is still in early access, but there's already a lot of content. The combat is spaceship to spaceship, but it controls great and there are a lot of weapons and upgrades you can get for your ships.

I haven't tried Fallout 3 in Windows 10, but you can get New Vegas running pretty smoothly with a few fixes. Should be fine for 3 as well.

They inspect your car every year? Seems excessive. In California, cars over 8 years old require an emissions test every other year. No other inspections beyond that though.

And you can still add the PS Plus games for PS5 if you log onto the website. You can't play them until you get a PS5, but at least you won't miss out. I didn't find that out until after I got a PS5. Missed Destruction All Stars being free lol.

This. It's because he could afford the surgery she wanted and he wanted her to feel good. But it went horribly wrong. Anyone who wants to make it like he's directly or indirectly responsible is a piece of shit. He didn't force his mom to have surgery. He just gave in to her want because he could afford to make her happy.

You really are missing out if you think that all JRPG's are turn based.

Here's some action Jrpg's that are available on current gen:

- Ys series (Ys 8 is my favorite, but 9 is fun too)
- Tales of series (Vesperia is my personal favorite, but Tales of Arise releases Sept 10)
- Star Ocean series (4/The Last Hope is fun, but has some annoying characters)
- Trails of Mana Remake (fun game with multiple endings depending on which character you start with)
- Yakuza series (okay this is kind of cheating calling it a Jrpg, but try the series if you haven't. Lot of fun)

You take a complete nobody who knows nothing about law or the case and spin a narrative to prove innocence. I always think of the OJ case when it comes to Jury duty and how the dude should have gone to jail for life. It's basically there as a check and balance for criminal justice. We talk about the systemic racism that's prevalent in our justice system. Imagine how much worse it would be if all criminal cases were decided by the judges or lawyers within that system?

You don't need to like jury duty (I sure as hell don't), but definitely understand the importance of it.

Yeah, I find court very boring, so I hate getting those jury duty summons. I actually just finished mine last week. I called in every night, but never actually had to go in. I'm grateful because the last time I got summoned, the case I served on lasted for 2 weeks.
