I found the opposite to be true. When you're semi-intelligent in regular classes, you're a big fish in a small pond and you develop an ego. When you spend more time with smart people, you realize you're not really all that special.

I have wondered if mine was a typical experience of an advanced class, or if that specific class just had an unusually high number of assholes.

Trying to imagine how long I would have stayed interested in Demon's Souls if it wasn't so challenging.

That said, as long as an easy mode doesn't affect me, why would I care?

You might have to lock some features out due to them being overkill in an easy mode, like high level spells/weapons/upgrades, and presumably online co-op.

It may even be worth locking some of the cooler stuff to normal mode, and block carrying over from easy to normal, just to encourage people to try the intended difficulty.

I'd like to say C, but it depends heavily on how reasonable the pronoun is, and whether the reaction to me genuinely getting it wrong by mistake is warranted.

To be fair, the things I'm worried about (getting screamed at for accidentally forgetting to refer to someone as a zoibloyflorgen) are extreme examples I've only ever seen online, and most likely negligible.

So its effectively a C, but I reserve the right to call someone out if I think they're taking the piss or being ridiculous.

Found a cheap drink at a Chinese takeaway place in a food court. It was meant to be something like oolong tea with peach, and from the outside it looked refreshing and appealing.

The best way I can describe the taste is this:

Imagine someone gathering up the old popcorn that has fallen to the floor in a movie theatre over a week.

Then imagine they put it in a giant press until liquid came out.

Now make that liquid smell really strongly like unwashed feet, and bottle it.

The smell hit as soon as the bottle opened, and the first sip made me feel ill. I was desperately thirsty though, so I held my nose, gulped back a few mouthfuls and regretted it instantly.

My breath stank for hours.
