The main line of chevy V8 engines are overhead valve (OHV) set up. This is basically a continuation of a design from 1954. These engines have been proven to produce good power, in a super compact form (why LS swaps are so popular). These engines are all super reliable. My SS has an LS3, I expect it to run 200-400k miles without major engine issues. The 5.5L in the Z06 will be a DOHC with direct injection and variable valve timing in addition to the flat plane crank. Suddenly I'm a bit more worried about the reliability of these. On the positive though the racing version of the corvette is using a weakened version of this engine and has high reliability there. So yeah, now I'm suddenly thinking rather than buying that first year available, buy it once it has been out 4 or 5 years. --- |

Especially if you live on a slope. it might be impossible with local zoning ordnances. other than that, i think its just cost. for like 1000 sqft, with like a 8 x 8 shed over top, I would expect it to cost at least $200k. --- |

He wouldn't throw blind, hence low int numbers but would miss seeing the wide open guy and would rather take off running. His play style was also one you either built your offense around him or you don't use him. He only makes sense as an NFL quarterback if you think he is good enough to get you to the Super Bowl. You then build your offense around him. You don't want him backing your team up if you are run an under center single back set regularly. At the time he last played he was probably the 20-25th best QB in the league. If he was willing to play for $3M, even with his weaknesses you may have still been able to build around him since that would be cheap and he's still better than a lot of other choices. But he wanted to be paid like a top 10 qb. --- |

The % on milk is by weight, what percentage is fat. 1% = 2.5 grams / 240ml serving 2% = 5 grams / 240ml whole milk = 8 grams / 240 ml Raw milk from a cow = 3-5% fat, depending on cow. Buttermilk varies from 1%-whole milk levels, i think its possible to get ones with added fat as well, but not sure that. The difference in taste and "thickness" is primarily because it is slightly curdled. Raw milk can hurt you because its a great way to transmit disease or bacteria. --- |
