Yeah this is honestly the only benefit to staying broke. It's the biggest fear I have, I would constantly be paranoid, would probably change my name, set up a PO box for my mail, have a home that I use to invite people over and a totally separate home where I actually live, and probably set up some beastly security systems. I don't want to admit it but I probably would look into some firearms too.

I'd probably have someone I really trust buy a house for my family in their name (with my winnings money) and move in there until the hype blew over.

They did refuse politely and then went and complained about it somewhere else that they couldn't believe they got invited to something while covid is going on and that it was a terrible idea. Again, I don't think she considered that I was on there to potentially see it.

How do you mean? I pretty much never have issues with anyone, but that's probably because I'm on no social media (except discord which has already led to an issue)

I won't get into specifics, but I'm in a discord server with two friends (in a relationship) and their friends. I'm a newer addition and am not active.

I noticed the group got chatty so I was reading through and I see our (my wife and my) friend complaining to the group about something we just did (without naming us). She didn't say anything to us.

I think she forgot I'm in the group and could read it. I just wish she would have addressed it with us.

I'm wondering if I should reach out to them and let them know I saw it and that they can feel comfortable coming to us with issues, or just pretend I never saw it and move on. I know people don't like confrontation, and obviously she doesn't, so I'm thinking I drop it.
