You can't verify this due to the fact that bicycle traffic infractions are unable to be reliably reported on due to a lack of licenses and registrations on bicycles. if bikes are ridden on public roads, they should be registered, insured and have visible number plates like every other vehicle. Riders should be licensed. It's way too easy for cyclists to blow through red lights and get away with antisocial behavior because they know they can't be easily identified and fined.
