No. Across state lines matters regardless of how long it took him. Gun laws differ, hell most laws differ. He went to a community that wasnt his own. He used an illegally obtained weapon. Hours traveled was never the issue and no one was trying to make it sound that way.

Because he went to essentially counter protest a BLM rally under the guise of "helping" and killed two pro BLM supporters in the process and then was seen with With Supremacists. He also said prior to that that he wished he could shoot some of those protestors at a previous time. there is a reason why all the "whiteboywinter" things started. White Supremacists were watching him closely to see how they could handle BLM and the like.

I also want to say something that might be unpopular...Some of the fans are to blame here too. Sure we can pile it all on Travis Scott and he deserves the majority of the blame, but a lot of the fans were adults. I saw a video of a guy pleading for people to stop pushing so he could help someone....and they kept pushing, ignored him, i swear i could hear people groaning...The people who did the pushing and refused to stop when they saw what was going on should also be held accountable here.

I guess the fear is that if the already agitated morons dont get cops there theyll be more likely to escalate the issue, and the cops have a responsibility to treat all calls like a potential problem that needs to be mediated.
