Hell no. I live in LA and I specifically avoid the areas that are known for lots of gang activity. As a black guy, I always get banged on if gang members see me. I feel much safer away from all of that. I'd much rather some smug, upper class family silently judge me, than worry about if I'm gonna get mugged, or worse, while walking down the street.

I live in LA.

Its about 10x harder than Colorado where I used to live. I lived in a town on 90,000 in Colorado. Basically anygirl will go out with you if your good looking and have your head on straight. Poverty apps like POF and OK Cupid worked wonders out there.

In LA, you have to meet a very strict requirement list way beyond good looking and head on straight, and yes most of the girls will leave you if they find someone better, and usually that person comes around every couple weeks if theyre hot and they go to clubs alot. You gotta know how to pick them.

I dated a girl who came from South Carolina so she wasnt a typical LA girl, just came to LA for college, she was the best. The LA girls I've dated that went to clubs every week the valley girls, are pretty bad cause they get people throwing themselves at them nonstop, eventually it will be a bluecheck/celebrity hollering at them, which means they stop talking for you for a while, then come back after that guy leaves them real fast. Its a roller coaster.
