And Sephiroth is my most hated character of the whole roster >_> Boy you didn't start saving Squall till like almost the top 10 last year! And nah it's cool I got him the big W so where he ends up he ends up. I almost wish I could drop him to push something else far, like getting Quistis her first top 20, but it's like I just don't know how else to play! When you jump from animation to live action there's just so much that doesn't come across the same. You just can't depict things the exact same way, even if you try it'll come across differently. CG can look pretty bad if its not done right. Is Luffy going to blow up like a balloon? Even something like just punching very fast can look dumb af in live action. --- |

I definitely get where you're coming from, I just use "story" to be more comprehensive in this project series. Maybe because its about video games? I'm considering all the non story elements that still contribute to how the story is told. Obviously this includes gameplay but not in the sense of how good or fun the gameplay, just how it elevates the story (or doesn't). Its how I can give high marks to a game like hollow knight or half-life despite a lack of a strong script or many characters. --- |
